Food is mediocre at best! Fries and other sides are not that great! They could just sell fish and bread and maybe that would be cool! They put call ins on hold and hang the phone up after you’ve been waiting for 5 minutes ! I never hear grease popping in the back either ?
I only give a two-star because the customer service is terrible. When you call in the order you're either getting rushed or hung up on or the person is very rude. It's always old bitter women are young bitter women. The workers who take orders need better customer service skills. It's never healthy to be so negative.
The person at the counter is supposed to be a person with customer service skills. I have been in hospitality for over 35 years now and I typically tip, complement and/or give praise when I encounter a person that deserve it. Today my blood boiled watching and experiencing this woman's engagement and the way she spoke to people. Please train you Team Members to run your business not run off your business.

We wanted some good fish and decided on them...well. bad call. Half the order was wrong. Returned and rather than give us fresh cooked food they gave us sides that were missing. Mac like rubber. Could not eat the cold fish. Won't eat there again. Sorry. 40 dollars for some food we could not eat. Watch out people if you order to go
This place have good fish and shrimp and the employees that works their are always nice. If you are planning on calling in an order for pickup be prepared to call the number at 15 times or more to get through also, you will probably be put on hold for about 10 to 20 minutes and you can hear their entire conversation with other people while you are on hold. There have been a few times, they have forgotten I was on hold and just hang up the phone. I would have given 5 stars if it was not for sitting on hold everytime I call in an order.
My husband went in to order whiting and orange roughy. The lady asked him if he wanted okra or fries. He asked if there were other options, like potato salad or coleslaw, and she said yes. He ordered potato salad. When we came back, they said his order was ready. When we get home, not only was our container melted by what I assume was the grease the fish cooked was cooked in, it wasn’t what we ordered. We didn’t order okra, but both containers were filled with fried okra, and the same fish full of bones. There is no customer service. Apparently they take your money and give you what they want to give you. Don’t waste your money at this “business”.
Love this restaurant the ladies that working there are so sweet and adorable fish is always good sometimes a little salty but maybe it's just me because I have high blood pressure and I used very little salt but otherwise a very good place to go for fried fish
The fish was good and fried perfectly however the side items could use a little help their french fries they should go back to crinkle cut instead of what they’re using their fried mushrooms need to use a different kind of grease than what you fry your fish in the quality has changed at this restaurant from when I used to go there five years ago.
Great food get there early they run out of some of the fish .
