I'm a huge fan of these subs! This location adds to that with a great staff of friendly and knowledgeable people. My favorites are the engineer, hook and ladder, firehouse hero and smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket.
Fast service, kind workers and the best gluten free bread!
We've ordered from this location a lot in the past. The orders were always fairly correct. Today, though, they really screwed it up.All I can confidently say is that we vaugely got the three sandwiches which we ordered. The two italian subs were missing any dressing, one had bell peppers instead of cucumber, and the other had no condiments (mayo/mustard) at all. The third sub was requested to replace the sauce with A1 and not only was the originalsauce not replaced on the sub, we were given a little to-go container of BBQ sauce instead. Not to mention the bread was not the usual soft quality. It seemed quite stale.Not sure what happened. If this was a fluke or more common these days at this location. I won't be ordering from them again.
Love firehouse subs. Have friends who have worked for them. This location in specific tho, there is a gentleman and women who seem very… involved. Totally fine I understand being in a relationship with someone you work with but showing PDA while customers are in store may be a little to much. Also Autumn does the least amount of work as any of those employees in there. She is a problem. I spend plenty of money there and everytime she’s had to make my sandwich there was hair or something messed up on my sand which. Anytime another worker makes my sandwich my sandwich comes out in a timely manner and doesn’t have hair or something wrong on it. Also like I’ve said I have friends who have worked for this fire house and when I’ve had to pick them up I’ve seen this employee go use the restroom and come back out and the entire bathroom smell like cigarettes after she comes back out because it reaks into the store and when my friends who do not smoke cigarettes come out smelling like straight sandwich’s and cigarettes I can only put two and two together after watching her walk out of the bathroom. Also she does not only do it after hours but I’ve been inside the store buying a sandwich when she walked out of a smoke filled bathroom and the smell of cigarettes overwhelmed the sandwiches being made. I’m not sure how many other people were in there but the ones I saw got there food and left immediately. I’ve seen her walk off the line during busy hours. I’ve seen her treat other workers with the upmost disrespect. I do not want to be helped by her so I ask others to help and I ask that others make my sandwich. I will continue to give business but that employee needs to be reprimanded in some way. From my stand point as someone who has to run their own employees and workers I would never want her running anything and she says that she is a manager? Love the subs but AUTUMN needs to be fired or docked pay or actusllt reprimanded. From here the worst employee. Lack of leadership. Lack of effort. Lack of respect for others. Do better.
45 minutes for two sandwiches. Nine orders I saw go out in that time, some that came after I did walked out before me. Absolutely ridiculous and I am not coming back.

I love Firehouse subs and their food is always great. I have one concern and maybe it's part of the issue worldwide but lately, even tonight's sub seemed light. When I got home it seemed like they just aren't putting the same amount of meat on the sandwiches. It has become mostly bread so do I have to ask for extra meat on an already costly sandwich???

First time visit, staff were really helpful, Food was great and decent prices too! Will def be back!!!
Really kind employee's. Was picking up 10 sandwiches for a work event, and definitely slowed down the flow of work for the two workers. But they were very gracious and took care of the other customers while I was there with good service and kindness.
