I started going to this location when I started working in the area so some of the staff remembered my order. I go in today after not going for quite a while and one of the staff automatically remembered not only my specific order but remembered my name as well! Everyone is always super nice and inviting and the food is always delicious! I refuse to go anywhere else when it comes to firehouse!
Their food is awesome but their stuff up there at the one on Blue Ridge sucks their staff is rude other than that I'd eat there again but I'd be rude to the staff
Everything from the bread to the veggies and especially the meat were extremely fresh and perfectly seasoned.I love the slight chew to the bread and I'm glad they are not stingy with the veggies. Just overall, amazing quality.I just wish the prices were a little bit better.
Tried to call in order but they said we had to come into the store to order. Show up to the store, but can’t get items in our order like meatball sandwich or bowl of chili because the things keeping these items warm have been shut off. Should we just know these things are off the menu at 8pm when they don’t close until 9? Well, we know now! Still don’t get why they refused to take a phone order, would have saved us both some time. Avoid if it’s within an hour of closing time! Oh! And half of the drinks were “unavailable”. Staff took 24 minutes to get 3 sandwiches and a salad out. Overall frustrating trip.
Certainly a step above subway. Sandwiches are served hot. Good eats.
Great crew, great management, fast friendly service. A few managers know everyone including my name and order by heart as soon as we walk in the door. Shout out to the manager Aaron, always cracking jokes and greeting everyone on first name bases. Store is always clean, food is always fresh, made to order, and hot.
Well, I called the business the day of the incident and was given to a manager who initially would not ID themselves, then said their name was "Joe King" (sp). Did not care about the incident. When asked how to contact an owner after determining they were franchised I was told by the manager they did not know how and advised I Google it and figure it out. So I did. Found a Firehouse main frame and sent an e mail. ZERO response in a week. I fully pick up what they are I putting down. No more Firehouse for me!
My meatball sandwich was quite frankly made by an up and coming Artist . His presentation was not just ingredients on bread but a nicely done eye appealing & tasty presentation . I had to eat with a Fork thick hot tasty
Usually good and fast. They seemed to be running a little slower than usual on this trip. Don't get the cherry limeade, it's no good, and I really wanted it to be good.
Great place to eat. Not a lot around this area. Customer service was good and food was great!
