Literally ALWAYS a great vibe in there. Very cozy and welcoming environment with good food and even better drinks. The owner and staff is very helpful with recommendations and all are knowledgeable about what is going on locally. I even love the events they host! Just started brewing their own beans and I'm super excited to try.
Check out this special spot with many organic options and incredible energy of like minded people. This place is more than a cafe, just ask. Delicious organic Matcha Latte and local sourdough bread. Highly recommended!
Best paninis in Kansas City. The Turkey Havarti is incredible! I only got the half sandwich and it was so filling and yummy. The coffee was also way better than anything I’ve had at any big name coffee places recently. Staff was super friendly and helpful with suggestions. I’ll definitely be back soon!
Equal Minded Cafe is one of my favorite cafes. I love the environment, it’s very warm and comfortable. The food is to die for, I love the bacon and cheese bagel melt! The manager makes all of the customers feel welcomed, he greets everyone, and gives lots of insight on local artists, business owners, etc. I highly recommend stopping by this amazing cafe!
I had the avocado toast and a pineapple/raspberry smoothie. When I tell you the food was AMAZING, I absolutely mean it. If I could give them more than 5 stars I definitely would. Not to mention the service provided was top tier. I will definitely make them a regular place to come and hang out at
Equal Minded Cafe has an amazing ambience for students to study, and they even have a UMKC discount!! The food was incredible, and the staff was super nice. Definitely recommend!
Amazing food and comfy atmosphere! I got the veggie wrap and was like "hell yeah" at the first bite. My partner got the San Francisco melt and said it was heavenly. A little bit of a wait but they seemed to be training someone and honestly, the food was worth the wait. Excellent smoothies. I stepped outside of my comfort zone and got a lavender latte, and it might just be my new favorite thing.
Fabulous cafe! Great coffee and best Panini in KC! The Lite Switch Turkey Panini was amazing…salty, spicy and creamy. The avocado toast is also exceptional. I love supporting this place every time I go to a yoga class upstairs. Come check it out. Also, prices are very reasonable.
The owner is a dope guy. Real cool real genuine. I had the pesto chicken sandwich and it was AMAZING. Very flavorful I will get this everytime. There are a lot of options to choose from here for smoothies and frappes as well.
Don't sleep on Equal Minded Cafe!! Dropped in to grab a coffee and do some work and it did not disappoint! The cafe has a great vibe and is an excellent place to get work done or just hang out. The food and coffee is FANTASTIC (get you a chicken pesto panini - it'll change your life) and the owner is super friendly. Will definitely be back!
