Had a great dinner with our family for Father’s Day. Everyone like their food, I had the Monterey Fajitas which were fantastic! Don’t skip out on the fried Ice-cream!

Cold molasses moved faster than our waitress. Hostess was pleasant. Although when I informed her there was no soap in the men’s restroom she said she would tell somebody. 45 minutes later after my meal I went to use the Men’s restroom, once again there was no soap. There is a sign in the bathroom that states employees must wash hands before returning to work. How can they do that when there’s no soap. Guacamole was great. The older gentleman who brought us our chips and salsa was fantastic. He always moved like he had a purpose. And he always had a smile on his face I wish he was our waiter.
Very good tacos! Very good service! Meh margaritas. I really don't understand why the margaritas were ever nominated for awards. I will eat at El Patron any day of the week, but I will never order another margarita from them.
I got the shrimp quesadilla and a few black margaritas. ? I would get them both again and I can't wait. The black margaritas are sneaky little things and they taste great. I have a new favorite drink.
We haven't been able to visit for a couple of years. GLAD to see the same Nice service, food value, and Delicious Eats .Mmmmmm, Taste that El Patron !
A good friend invited me here for lunch the other day. Nice atmosphere, staff was ok not super attentive and they weren't very busy at all. I had a burrito and taco combo, it was ok nothing spectacular for me. My friend had steak nachos which were ok, nice portion size. Overall, it was an ok experience but I prefer Ponaks across the street. Better service, margaritas and food.
Tried to order pickup for wife's birthday dinner. They said they were busy and hung up. Now I'm scrambling for food for six people.
Always a favorite for happy hour. The empanadas (especially potato and ground beef) are delicious. The salsa, the white cheese dip, and the margaritas are all fantastic too. Service is always friendly - but be prepared for a little noise if you go on a Friday or Saturday night because they are generally quite busy!
Kansas city! If you want authentic Mexican food, then there is no excuse to not go to El Patron! I'm quite certain that God Himself puts on a human disguise and eats their regularly! The dinner recipes are unrivaled and their handmade drinks are off the chain!Huge gratitude and props to Estella and her Family for everything they do to make El Patron so special!
