I had a very frustrating experience here this morning. I was clearly overcharged for what I ordered (cold brew and bagel) unless the prices listed on the menu are incorrect or the taxes here are three times more than the rest of the city. I'm confused as to how a $3 plain bagel with shmear and a $4 coffee added up to $10.59. I asked for a receipt twice and the cashier just straight up ignored me.On top of that, my bagel was both hard and cold, and my coffee tasted like it was made yesterday and left to sit out. I've ordered the same drink at multiple other locations and it tasted significantly better.This is really a bummer because I was excited to have an Einstein Bagel so close to my classes, but I don't think I'll be returning to this location for a while.

This place is the slowest food service I’ve ever seen. Very disorganized. Three people doing one job so the line is around the hall. A 30 minute wait just to order a bagel? Insane.

Slow staff, only 2 of them doing any work, the rest are snails. Couldn't handle the smallest rush imaginable even if they had 5 more people.
Great bagels and they give you a generous amount of cream cheese!
