Worker at register was very helpful and made suggestion to buy the tumblers. However the back staff was argumentative with eachother. Very rude and hateful and made us feel uncomfortable.
Just got my iced coffee. The ice is almost melted. It’s supposed to be sweet flavors and sugar. It’s really hard to drink. I come here every other day and I find it the cheapest coffee price. But the taste of the coffee always taste different, like they don’t have a recipe to follow. Things are so expensive now, I’d really appreciate more consistency. It’s frustrating to buy coffee from here and now I have to go somewhere else to get another one that I can actually drink. Waste of money today.
Great place and the staff is always friendly. It's probably the only Dunkin I've been to where my drink is actually stirred up. The others always give me a drink with everything sitting at the bottom of the cup! ?? It's so annoying.
Don’t order the hasbrowns. It’s just a burnt pile of trash.Coffee, donuts, sandwiches are all good though.
Last few months have been really bad. Regularly running out of donuts before 10am but can’t seem to figure out that they need to be making more. Wondered why the coffee tasted so much like the coffee I make at home until I saw them making it one time. The cold foam is the canned kind you can buy at hyvee.
No one was available to cook food. So to be clear, no one could put bacon on toast, with avacdo spread. This is not an employee problem, this is a management problem. The young girl who waited on us was great!
This location has had a SERIOUS decline lately. Dunkin has never been the pinnacle of coffee and breakfast, but they've always been solid for the price. This location, specifically, had always been pretty consistently decent for years. Within at least the last couple months, I've been here six times, and each and every time the coffee and lattes I've received have tasted disgustingly burnt (the lattes in particular also seem to completely lack steamed milk lately, seems to just be hot milk). Same with the food, my sandwiches are always charred, even the hash browns are always charred. They've also suddenly stopped asking if I want to replace the sandwich bread when they're out of the standard one and will just use whatever they want. I've had croissant sandwiches randomly replaced with english muffins and bagels several times without warning.Dunno if they have some unresolved hardware issues, management issues, or staff issues, but its super obvious that something happened that isn't getting resolved.Won't complain about wait times or staff still learning the register like some of the other reviewers have decided to rant. We're literally still in the middle of a global pandemic, have some patience. But I guess that's America for you.
Well it's seem ever time I order a everything bagel on Saturday or. Sunday more about 8 820 I order it with 2 cream cheese an I know the charge me for 2 bec on the bed it say 2 an I always get one an then yes say oh you got to pay wr didn't charge you for 2 like why dose it say 2 an you'll try an make me pay again like I got no problem with Paying but i know you charged me for 2 but im going to record next Saturday an if it happens again might not be nice this time
Lobby is usually closed. Always out of donuts. If you want a donut just assume they’re out. They don’t make more once they run out at 10am. Not 24 hours.
Had to go to staff member at the drive thru window to take an order for inside dining. The person who waited on us was barely able to enter the order in touchscreen. Croissant tasted like plastic. Every table was dirty but there was very little customer traffic at either the drive thru or inside counter.
