It's Dunkin' Donuts so you know what you're getting. What you don't know is the staff are fantastic and they always give you great service. Very friendly and I would say faster than some of the other locations in Kansas city. The difficulty getting out of that parking lot and South back to the highway keep me from giving you the full five stars.
The location is pretty convenient. The staff were a little disorganized but they had a lot of different customers hit right about that time.
Yes I love them. Sometimes I gotta have that Carmel Mocha with EXTRA mocha and it's always done right
This is a great Dunkin’ location. I have only ever purchased donuts and bagels, but every time I go in the staff is friendly, helpful, and kind.
Friendly staff and very hard working. I personally would crumble under the pressure of the rush I just saw, but they handled it gracefully and efficiently.

This is by far my favorite Dunkin in the kc area. Customer service is always amazing they have the sweetest girls working there and an older gentleman who makes my day every time I see him. Every other Dunkin is a hit or a miss but my food is always hot and fresh from here and my coffee is always made correctly ?
I live in Pittsburg, KS about 2 hours away and there is no Dunkin Donuts near us. My sister loves DD! So, whenever I travel to the Kansas City area my sister begs me to bring her some. I always explain that it might not be the best by the time I bring it home but she doesn’t care. I went through your drive thru this morning around 9am and the staff you have in your store today were so helpful. The beautiful soul you have on the intercom made suggestions to keep the drink and food as fresh as possible so my sister could enjoy it by the time I got it to her at work. Please make sure she sees how much my sister appreciated what she did. Thank you Thank you!
I was in a hurry so I called in a 2 dozen donut order. They were ready when I arrived and the lady at the register was super nice and she made sure I liked my drink before I left the store!
I work right down the street and I go to this location every time I go into the office. If I’m not in the office I still get Dunkin’ caramel iced lattes. This location CANNOT MAKE ICED LATTES. I just walked out with a coffee that was actually sour and it tasted horrible and I couldn’t drink it. When I go in to ask them to remake it, they get so mad at me.
