I am giving it two stars this morning because my lid was half way on. I got coffee all over my new grey shirt on the way to work this morning. Nothing better than having a coffee stain on your shirt for 10 hours in the office. I probably wouldn't even write this review if it wasn't for such "great" customer service I received when pulling through drive through. ?

The coffee here tastes straight outta a 1 star hotel and the donuts we could order (limited options)were very dry. We also found this in one of the donuts and needless to say we are VERY dissaponted!

The coffee is underwhelming and inconsistent. Never any variety of donuts, no matter the time of day. The workers look like they hate their lives and consistently make mistakes, which would be okay if they were just nice about it. After ordering an avocado toast and opening the box to find a brown smear of avocado on a flimsy piece of bread, I never wanted to try their food again. This place just feels gross. I'd rather go broke drinking Starbucks.

I’ve been here 3 times in the last month And waited in the drive through for 10+ minutes with only one or two other cars then I’m told they “have no donuts”. Place is a joke.

I used to love coming to this Dunkin- I order iced matcha lattes from here all the time, but lately I’ve found myself pretty disappointed. I get it, it’s dunkin, and it’s not going to be “top-tier” but the last couple times I’ve gotten this order, the drink seems to have been blended with ice leading to an ice-chip filled drink/basically a frozen drink. I get it that matcha is a powder and has to be mixed with water, but I guess I’m not understanding why it is now being basically blended with ice like a frozen drink. I’ve never had a problem with this drink before. When I asked the drive through attendant why there was so many ice chips in there he informed me they “spin” it with ice. They had never done this previously so I was a little confused. I politely asked him if he could like strain it out over some regular ice so I wouldn’t be drinking ice chips; visibly annoyed with me, he took it back to do so. When he brought it back, it was clear that he just poured out some of the drink and piled more cubed ice on top (I will include a photo for reference). They also forgot the cold foam I had paid for on top and when asked to do this, he again seemed visibly irritated that I was asking him to do his job. I am not usually a “Karen” per se, as I myself work in the service industry and understand mistakes are made and how frustrating customer complaints can be at times. Don’t get me wrong, I still drank it and it was delicious, but eating ice chips after every sip is less than ideal and honestly annoying. But truly the energy I was met with after politely asking for it to be fixed (not even remade, just poured out onto regular ice) was really uncalled for. I know Dunkin doesn’t care about my $6 a day business, but like come on dude.

I never write one of these reviews because I do understand that things happen and mistakes are made on occasion. But I have been coming to this particular D&D for over 4 years (due to convince) and it's a shame how bad it has gone downhill. Other reviews are completely accurate, long wait at drive-thru, unhappy staff with no customer service skills and 75% of the time my order is not accurate. It is frustrating that the company doesn't seem to care either and the attitude is "take your business elsewhere." Is it really that difficult and whatever happened to "if you don't like your job, get another one." Buyers beware.

Food/Drink were okay. Service was...strange. I ordered a matcha latte with oatmilk and raspberry, when the employee handed it to me they said "here's the worst drink humanly imaginable." It did make me chuckle but It was odd. The whole experience was weird.

Well, considering the reviews on here, I had my concerns. I went into the lobby where I was greeted immediately by friendly service and a huge selection of donuts! Above average sandwich and surprisingly good coffee for a FF joint. This store seems to have found a good staff finally

I never really have problems here but I ordered 2 coffees, a breakfast sandwich and 2 orders of avocado toast. I payed for my order and after I did the man at the window said they were out of avocado toast. So I asked him to just give me another breakfast sandwich instead. He gives me my food and I leave. When I get home I realized I only got one sandwich and the sandwich wasn’t even right. I’m beyond mad.

Staff at this Dunkin is very lazy, even by Kansas city standards. Tried going there for breakfast today (Sunday 2.27 @ 8am) but they locked their lobby and were forcing everyone thru the drive thru. I took the hint from their staff that they weren't really up for working today, so I went elsewhere for breakfast
