The staff was super friendly, they played good music in the BG and featured the songs on screen so you could totally learn the name if you didn't recognize the song, the place had a lovely scent, the setup for merchandise and other useful products was cute and charming! And of course, the menu was fantastic with popping colors to catch your eye, and everything was delicious. My party ordered two drinks and two crepes: a honeydew milk tea with boba, the tiger drink, and then the Ooh La La Crepe decorated with whip cream, a scoop of ice cream, strawberries and bananas, as well as chocolate drizzle (all of it tasted good too, and fresh)!

I love Dragonfly Tea Zone, and this location is mine and my fiance's favorite! We go once a week and the staff is super friendly, and the girl with the green hair always remembers our orders and chats with us a bit when they aren't busy. We're always happy to see her when we come in! The tea is delicious, the atmosphere is very chill, and it's the perfect way to destress after a long week! Highly recommend the honeydew milk tea in particular! ?
LONG POST AHEAD. I have come here for years and recently this place has gone downhill. Today was an especially awful experience. To begin the line was out the door and it took 30 minutes just for me to be able to order. I believe this is due to the cashier being new and a busy Sunday is not the day to have a new hire alone on the registers. The poor girl was so stressed she was breaking out in hives. As I was waiting for my drink I witnessed two separate customers orders be wrong because the cashier rang them up wrong and instead of simply remaking their orders the employees making the drinks stated they had to be RANG UP AGAIN and wait again?!? That’s absolutely absurd and I surely hope that is not company policy. Also after I got my drink I tripped and dropped mine before even putting my straw in and asked for a remake to which I was also told that I would need to be rang up again as well. I’m my case I understand a little more however if my drink was dropped because of another person running into me, or a mat being flipped would I also have to pay again?? This is why people go to Starbucks. Remakes and order corrections with no extra charge or questions asked. I highly recommend you have adequate staffing for busy weekends and reevaluate some store policies.
Sent a Postmates order out as a paper plate covered in tinfoil in the same bag as a drink... Needless to say it went poorly. Food was completely destroyed and poured chocolate sauce all over me and my floor when I brought the bag in. Already probed Postmates for the issue. Will not be visiting in person or ordering again.
Legit Tea, fantastic smoothies! Many options and flavors! Fast service! Indoor seating area closed. They open only for take out. Outdoor seating picnic table available.
I stopped there to grab some after lunch smoothie. Mango Peach Topper tasted just great. They have the back area closed, so believe working just for carry out, because of limited space. People are really friendly and working really fast… oh, and just additional star for the wag they pack it and handle to you!
First time visiting and I'd definitely recommend! Delicious Taro Boba tea and the workers were super nice and friendly! Also a huge shout-out to this location as I accidentally spilled my drink all over my car, and they were so nice to make me a new one. Thankyou guys! I'll definitely be back!
Monday Night, pretty busy... 2 of the hardest workers I have ever seen doing an amazing job!! Management should be proud to have these 2 young ladies working on their team! Great team work and amazing customer service! We will for sure be back!
I love all of the options they have and it always tastes great. Generally pretty quick too unless they are busy
