My daughter and I went through drive-thru and ordered 2 large chocolate cones! It was the worst tasting ice cream I have ever had. We couldn’t finish the cones, so we threw them away! I can’t describe the taste! We went here weekly, but I guarantee you this is my last visit! Did you leave cleaner in your machine or what?
They are suppose to close at 9:30pm. Got there around 9:15pm. Was going to order and sit outside to eat. The dinning room was closed due to shortest in staff. No big deal. Lights are on and a employee was sitting inside doing nothing. Got back in car to go through drive thru and the guy finally comes on the speaker and says they are closed. I said you advertise until 9:30pm and he says they are closed again. Not good practice with Andy’s just opened 2 miles away and is open till Midnight. . Will not be going back.
My order was not correct but it was ice cream so how can you complain?
Only had one gentlemen working front and drive threw. I would of closed the lobby.
I don't think the speaker works properly at the drive thru, had a rough time ordering. Orange Julius tasted weird and was not completely frozen.
The woman that worked on may 25 at 2pm is one of the rudest cashier i don’t know what her problem was but she had no right to be that way they really need to get better help
Ordered an Orange Julius, and it was a little watery. I don't think it'll ever be the same it originally was, so think I'll stick to making them at home.
Stopped in to grab a birthday cake for My mother in law. Got what I needed and go in and out. No complaints. Icecream cake was delicious as always.
This definitely is not the best Dairy Queen. They don't sell hamburgers. So I settled for a chili cheese dog which was put in the microwave with the buun. I think I will go the distance to get what I actually want.
Ordered an ultimate brownie extreme and it didn't have no fudge in the center grrr
