After 20 minutes we left. Looked like a bunch of kids in there playing games instead of doing their job. Ridiculous..
This location has never served a normal drive-through experience. It always takes an extra-long time to get my food, and they operate like they are a overflow lane for when McDonald's gets too busy. They don't really have a niche or anything that drives me to go there, and I get parked for my order every time ai go, despite being the only person in line.
Ice creams and shakes practically melted, my milkshake was practically just flavored milk that was just cold.
Went with my sister & brother-in-law who eat there regularly. Everything was great. The service, the upkeep of the inner and outer areas, the people, and the food all rate 5 stars IMO. I can see why they eat there so often!!!
Brought our 12yr olds basketball team here for ice cream and the staff put up with them being silly and a little obnoxious. Five stars.
How hard is it to Bring Delivery driver food to a door instead of them waiting in a very long 15 cars lineup .. Dashers are going to Avoid this place if we have to be LATE on our Deliveries. That counts against are ratings .Some places just bring it out ,we just knock on their door & some places is Open for Delivery drivers ONLY .Rude!!
Ordered online. Went to pick it up and their lobby is closed. Called the number listed and sent to drive-thru. Waited 10 minutes and realized I was missing an item. Waited another 10 minutes to get it. Food was obviously cold by the time I got home.

We had an enjoyable meeting with William at DQ. He made our afternoon more pleasant. We enjoyed hot chicken fingers and fries with cold drinks plus hot fudge sundaes. Good meal for a good price.
