This was my Snicker Blizzard I ordered in the drive-thru at 8 o’clock on Tuesday 8/2/2022.. ? I’ve had plenty of blizzards in my life and I knew this wasn’t right, but when I asked the girl in the drive-thru, who handed it to me, she said, “yeah that’s how our machine makes it”… hmmm… SO OK NO FLIP OVER GUARANTEE ON THIS BLIZZARD? ? I’m pretty sure it would fail! I’m gonna go with it since there’s a long line behind me but …Something ain’t right up at the DQ on North Oak! Ha ha! We can’t wait for the PARKVILLE location to open!!!
One of the best DQ's in the city. Food is super hot and ice cream stayed manageable for longer. I often find the ice cream is too soft for a cone so I end up swimming in a mess of chocolate. Not the worst thing ever but also not helpful when in a vehicle.If you like chocolate, try a chocolate ice cream cone double dipped in chocolate. It's divine.
I came here today around 3:50.. I was debating on getting a chicken strip basket or just getting large fries. The fries are my favorite. I ended up ordering 4 piece chicken strips with LARGE fries, no drink. They had me pull up while I waited on the chicken to be made. I get home to what I would assume isn’t even the regular amount of fries. Why I paid 9.60? For an upgrade, just to get even less portion than the regular amount. They didn’t even give me a receipt so I can’t even call to see if I can get replacement fries. Photo attached. Disappointed I lost the best part of my meal.
normally it's good, but we ordered ubereats since my foot is not usable due to an injury. the food is garbage. I honestly am completely turned off from the idea of ordering fast food anymore because nobody freaking makes it right anymore.
The floor inside was so slippery it was like a slip n' slide everywhere. No caution signs. This is an accident waiting to happen and I wouldn't be surprised if a lawsuit happens.
I ordered chicken strips and a blizzard. Both were good. I miss the gravy they serve with the chicken strips

This place is Awesome! Great and quick customer service and experience! My daughters wanted Dairy Queen and when we arrived the lined was long and was all the way around the building. So we went inside and ordered our food and in less than 10 minutes we recieved everything we ordered and was pleased how well the place was clean and they continued to do so while we were there. We will defend be back!!
I tried to give the place a couple more chances before finally complaining. I generally like Dairy Queen usually and the employees at this location are always nice. But the past 3 visits for me to this location have all included terrible food. Old fries, old burgers with non melted cheese, and super messy, overflowing ice cream, perfect for a car ride home. (Sarcasm)These pics are from my last visit. Was in a rush so didn’t notice the food was old and reheated as it felt HOT, so I didn’t dig through the bag as I usually would. Once we got home (Not even 5 min away) it was apparent the fries were reheated in the fryer. They’re dark and very crispy, some are burnt. Burger is very tough, and the ice cream is a mess and this was after I had to ask for napkins as the lady in the drive through attempted to hand me a cup that was covered in ice cream. Like how would you not notice it’s dripping all down the side and all over your own hand??
The worker's there are super sweet. I had ordered a meal from postmates today due to being very sick. Unfortunately on postmates they don't have my current favorite drink the s'mores shake. I politely asked if they could make it instead of the options they had on postmates and they did.Thank you dairy queen and thank you for making my sick night all the better.
