THE SMILES ON THE GIRLS FACES AFTER ENJOYING MY DAUGHTER’S PRINCESS SPA PARTY AT CUPCAKIN BAKERY WAS BEYOND AMAZING!!! The most fun they’ve had in awhile! All they talked about on the way home was how much fun they had!!! The venue was AMAZING! THE SERVICE WAS DIVINE!!! THE LOCATION!!! HANDS DOWN the absolute best birthday party I’ve ever spent money on!!! From the cupcakes, ice cream, pizza, cider toast! Took all the hard work off of mom and I was able to enjoy and watch my daughter and her friends enjoy being pampered like the little Princesses they are!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND CUPCAKIN BAKERY TO EVERY PARENT THAT WANTS TO THROW THEIR CHILD AN AMAZING PARTY THAT’S HASSLE FREE!!! Can’t wait to book our next one! See you soon!!!
I had been communicating with them about reserving the cupcake truck for a birthday party. The date was reserved, so I was told, and was informed that I would receive an invoice to pay the deposit (the cost in full) 2 weeks prior to the event. Two weeks prior arrived and I heard nothing, I called and emailed, leaving voicemails, and never received a response. I had to rush and figure out a plan b for the party at the last minute. If something came up or there was a miscommunication I would think they would at least reach out and let me know.
First time ordering for my baby shower this weekend and our order wasn’t ready!!!! She had it marked on the calendar for the wrong day! Not to mention We had 50 guess, and to find out that my order wasn’t done just a couple hours before the shower was horrible! She offered to make the cupcakes “they may be a little late”, come to find out she used cupcakes that were from someone else’s order and We ordered 4 dozen and 4 different flavors and I only got ONE flavor that I reque
