I ordered three different kinds of these off Doordash and they were three of the best cupcakes that I have ever tried. The Golddigger was super moist and full of flavor, the wedding cake one of the most delicious cakes and frosting combo I have ever had together, and the other is Salty Carmella and OMG!!! I love to support local and this made it easy with how fresh and tastey these all were.
Order off doordash and this is how they arrived. Seriously?? No holders inside at all to secure them. I’ve been here many many times and this has never happened.Edit: emailed them and they haven’t responded.
Walked in today, was PLEASANTLY greeted, she was kind, also gave me a RED VELVET cupcake omg, the FROSTING (Might I add, I do NOT eat frosting) was sooooo good. The cupcake was moist, delicious, and soft. I definitely will be back to take kids. Forgot to mention I was picking up a DD order, so her kindness meant the world to me. Definitely 5 star experience

Had bought 2 “Gold-Diggers” cupcakes from here for Mother’s Day; they were delicious and tasted JUST like a “German Chocolate Cake” just without the coconut. The icing can be a bit too sweet, but I’d definitely be back in the near future!
This place was recommended to us by a friend so we decided to stop in. The store said open but looked closed with the lights very dim. We walked in and an employee did come out, however, she was very rude. We asked her if there was a customer favorite and she was unamused by that question. When we only ordered one cupcake she was seemed upset we weren’t getting more. She had a phone up with laps music to her ear and barely gave us the time of day. The cupcake itself was good, but the frosting wasn’t our favorite. We’d recommend going elsewhere as the cupcakes did not make up for the poor customer service.
The husband and I decided to eat on the Plaza today, and we ran across Cupcake A La Mode...Well, the cupcakes smell divine but the lady that greeted us, helped us, and rang us up displayed subpar customer service & should remember to treat every customer like she would want to be treated.Enthusiasm and friendliness are UNIVERSAL!** Update: I received an email from the business that has had me take my 3-star review down to a 1-star review because Cupcake A La Mode decided to use the “busy” excuse instead of being accountable.My husband and I were the ONLY customers in the store AND the lady was just chatting in the back when I rang the bell. Do better, Cupcake A La Mode!
The cupcakes are amazing. I'll drive miles out of my way to stop by here and buy a few cupcakes whenever we are anywhere near this side of town. I've been back 4 times now.
My go to for cupcakes for years . Harold and I went every Wednesday after Harold’s acupuncture treatments. Always fresh and service helpful and friendly. We all need to treat ourselves as we visit the plaza.
If you want excellent cupcakes look no further!!I was surprised with these cupcakes delivered to my work. They were wrapped professionally and even had a handwritten card! My mom called and spoke with Jessica on the day of my birthday to get an order of these amazing cupcakes the same day. They have an assortment of flavors from raspberry to apple cinnamon and of course the classic chocolate! The butter cream icing with a dash of editable glitter was a perfect match for the not dry, and very flavor packed cake. One of my coworkers said it was the best tasting cake shes ever had!My mom ordered the Jumbo cupcakes, with the thought of cutting them in half to share. Once my coworkers got a bite they came back for the second half as well! So keep in mind when you order, order enough for all because these tasty cupcakes are too delicious to share! This will be the only shop I order from or will recommend to anyone that asks. Not only for the yummy, beautifully decorated cupcakes but for the outstanding customer service. I wish I was able to leave a higher review, not only for the cupcakes but for Jessica. She went above and beyond to help make my birthday wonderful. If you want amazing cupcakes with excellent customer service you have found the right shop.
