Love Culver’s and this location in particular. I was introduced to Culver’s what feels like eons ago, but this location always seems to have the most cheerful, wonderful crew. They actually go above and beyond. Thats my wife and I choose to go there most times for sweet treats and a quick delicious burger (although the fish and chips is great).
Great food and excellent service. They bring the good to your table and the same girl checked to make sure everything was good. She even offered to refill our drinks.Het name was Essence and say hi to her when you are there. A very nice young lady.
The best and thickest filet fish sandwich in America on a fresh baked roll with the perfect garnishments. Seriously, I'd put it up against any coastal fried fish sandwich in a blind taste test. It's the real "thing".There are family owned spots in OBX, 40a (Seaside, FL), Miami, Cape Cod, PNW and New England that'd probably not be happy with the results of a blind taste test?
Great fresh burgers and fries. Onion rings are awesome. Chicken tenders are minced meat but still fresh.
First off the cheeseburgers were great, flavorful and moist. Prolly the best thing about the whole meal. They messed up on my other and put everything on my cheeseburger though even though I only asked for ketchup, mustard and pickles. The fries were hot and delicious. The one major downside was that the spicy chicken sandwich we ordered literally was dry as hell, Had no Mayo or anything on it at all even though we specifically asked for extra mayo. They're was more breading on it then chicken also.Only reason for the 3 stars was because the burgers were good.
We went to this Culvers for the last time tonight. The last two times we have had terrible service. Lots of kids standing and running around with only one or two people doing the work. The last two times we have been here we ordered and saw the food on the counter and while waiting for it to be delivered to us our food is moved a few times but never picked up and delivered. When we go up and ask about it they give it to us without even an apology. Culvers used to be the caliber of Chik-fil-a but they are worst than Wendy's now
We love, love, love culvers. However prior to lunch rush we visited, and wow. . . The order taker was VERY rude, after anything you said... it was AND... AND... AND... very snotty. I understand working fast food can be hard. I also understand people can be mean prior, or you had a bad day, or something. However you are front line for the business. Take a break or a breath.
This Culver's is head and shoulders above any fast food place. The food is excellent, the service is fast (our food often arrives at our table just moments after we arrive there ourselves), everybody is nice and friendly, they rarely if ever get an order wrong, and they keep the place clean.
Every time I eat at Culvers the food is always hot and fresh especially the fries. The customer service is always great and the staff is always very friendly and willing to make sure your order is correct.
What can i say..they have great ice cream great shakes and love their food. We didn't go in this time because of time restraints but as always the drive thru was only a couple of minutes. If you haven't tried them yet you really should.
