Our server Glenn was very energetic and accommodating! The food and drink were pretty standard for a Mexican restaurant with the exception of the dips - the queso was amazing, and the pico was super fresh!
Friendly quirky staff that were attentive and fun. All portions are B-I-G just like anything you'd expect from Texas. The hand made tortilla were warm, soft, and melted in your mouth. The beans and rice are good, this coming from someone who isn't a fan of rice. Food is served piping hot and as ordered.We enjoyed the quirky decor, inculdes 100s of framed photos of people's dogs which earns you a free queso if you bring in one of your dog. There are also punny shirts you can buy which are reasonably priced.The small patio is nice on cool days and gives you an excellent view of the water fountain across the street.I have eaten at the original Chuy's in Austin, TX and several other locations and this location holds its own. Perfect for a date or family outing.

I ordered the Panchos and it was actually really good. I love salsa and the salsa and chips is amazing. Has a kick to it. Our waitress was really friendly. I do photography so I appreciate their camera wall of the old school cameras that they have. Would definitely eat here again if I'm in KC
The blackberry swirl margarita is amazing. And really quality Mexican food. For instance they have a jalapeño ranch dressing that you you can get as a side. Great for dipping. Remember there’s a lot of different styles of Mexican food though so this may not be to your taste.
Pretty good food, would eat here again.. it was our first time to eat at a Chuy’s but have one suggestion- they need a mild salsa option.
The food at Chuy's is absolutely over the top wonderful. The freshly made tortillas, the salsa, the guacamole, and the queso dip is absolutely glorious. We also like the jalapeno ranch dressing. I got the steak burrito with the bang bang sauce on it and my wife got the chuychanga. It was all very very good. I would most certainly return to this restaurant particularly for the food but even more so, the service. We were served by server number 88. His name is Glenn. That is the guy that you want when you go to this restaurant. He was very attentive. Very engaging and affable. And did a wonderful job representing the brand. I hope that you will recognize this young man for his great service. I watched him as he worked the room and gave attentive service to several other people in our area. Just a great great experience, Monday night.

I was at first skeptical of coming here, but after walking in and seeing the beautiful art I knew this was going to be a good place. The food here was great. The salsa is very spicy, but fresh and delicious. I got the steak burrito with boom boom sauce, which was amazing. The server was friendly and funny. Definitely recommend going here!
Best go to restaurant. Decided to have a girls brunch on Saturday. The server Nehemiah was awesome he was very knowledgeable about the menu and even provide a example of a margarita that they had at the restaurant. The order consisted of chips salsa queso chicken quesadilla with shrimp and grilled chicken with beans and rice. Can’t wait to go back food was hot and flavorful customer service was beyond impeccable and great atmosphere!
