The people are wonderful here! The service is efficient and the food never disappoints!
The food at this Churches is great to me they are doing it right guys, go and check it for yrself.
Super rude, the girl over the drive thru had a huge attitude because I couldn’t hear her correctly over the microphone, when I approached the window she was on her phone and chatting and laughing with her co workers, I asked her nicely to confirm the order and she did not like it. Worst customer service with a bunch of teenagers that care less about the establishment.
The new staff doesn't speak English very well. In the last 5 visits they've not ONCE gotten my order right.
Everything tastes like chicken, it is said. Well, Church's says otherwise and I like the way their chicken tastes better than other places' chicken. Big fan of the original strips and the sandwich is a high 8-9 on a 10 scale. Regardless of locations, I have always had a good experience, I just wish I could go in and sit down for a meal versus all drive-through, but it is what it is. Trying to taste everything on the menu, but since there are no restaurants in Nebraska, I try new and different items during my road trips. Will report more after the next venture and drive-through.
These people right here do what they want, you ask for one thing they give u whatever and not fresh, I rather go down to 93rd and blue ridge on any day period.
We were waiting in the drive thru line waiting to order, and a female staff member came out of the restaurant taking out garbage with GLOVES ON. We asked her if she was going to change her gloves went she went inside and she said she didn't speak English. Super nasty. I will not ? return
Always out of something but the chicken is good,and the workers are always nice.
This location has gotten better in food and service.
Love the chicken, but this is the second time I have gone through the drive thru get home and my order is wrong!! So frustrating ?
