I'm from Iowa and we try to stop by Church's every time we are in town. Obviously we love the biscuits, the chicken and the rest of the sides are alright.We were passing through KC and planned on getting Church's for lunch, ordered the Texas Grande meal and extra biscuits. We got a few miles down the road and discover we didn't get our extra 6 piece biscuit. At this point I was not going to turn around to go back. We should have double checked the bag, but I'm disappointed it wasn't right in the first place.
10.00 for some dried old chicken and some disgusting fries. How you mess up fries. Very disappointing. I use to love churches
Horrible service. They have the nerves to have a sign at the drive thru window asking not to be rude to the workers, however they can't even get the orders right even after repeating it back. Never again there will be no third time.
The smoked chicken did not look the way the picture did it was way too small. I thought it was a hen a Cornish hen is killing the chicken like they usually have. Wait time was long. I was very disappointed with what I got. If I had knew that that was it I would never have bought it it didn't look as smoke and it has a smoke flavor to it it just tasted like a baked chicken
Be careful when going too this location they lie & tell you they have white pieces, i ordered a 12 pc mixed went home found out they gave me all dark & charged me $35! They're scammers have a sign on drive thru window saying be nice well stop scamming people
Very tasty and reasonable.... Gotta get your Jalapeños and a large strawberry soda with lite ice. Lol
This store can never get it right .This is the second time I’ve come to this store, and they didn’t have any white meat. Just dark meat!!! So I tell them I would just like thighs No Legs what do I have on 2 orders of the number one 4 legs. Heaven forbid they answer the phone, and allow you to tell them what’s wrong. Well I wouldn’t answer the phone either if I make that many mistake’s. I suggest you just close down for good . You are doing a disservice to this community.
Super high turn over when employees are harder to find than ever. But in the past few months. I see a huge level of effort and friendliness to give us the best food possible not always correct orders, but the effort is certainly there.
I ordered a meal that had chicken tenders and breaded fried shrimp. The tenders were great. Good flavor and large. However, the shrimp was so overcooked that they were inedible. They were very small and hard as rocks. I could not eat them. I will definitely go back for their chicken, but would pass on any shrimp.
We ALWAYS have problems w/Churchs @2600 Gregory but since it had been awhile we decided to give them a try again. We ordered online & my fiance went to pick up. He asked for hot sauce & napkins & was told everything was in the sack which was stapled.He came on home & not only was there no napkins hot sauce or utensils there was no mashed potatoes & gravy. There was cold Mac & cheese & chicken.I tried calling number on receipt but kept getting machine.So he loaded it back & took 10 minute drive back WITH the receipt. Which even with the receipt they wanted to argue & tell him we didn't order Mashed potatoes & when he finally got them to look at receipt they still had attitude & would not give receipt back or offer apology.Then he got back home & it was only potatoes & NO gravy.I have been trying their # as well as the 800 number since.Still No answer there & 800 # automatically disconnects..I had no problem getting a person to answer at the Chrchs on Blueridge. But they aren't connected so couldn't help.RIDICULOUS!!!!
