They send the bowls basically empty and I paid for extra meat. I paid for their food and service yet they don’t send me the food they would normally put if I were to go to the restaurant. I feel like this is beyond disrespectful. This store doesn’t even deserve the one star ⭐️ That it’s require in order to post a review.
Wouldn't recommend putting in a large other for lunch. Placed the order at 7:30am to be picked up at 11:40 for a meeting for 12 ppl... They had no idea what I was talking about when I got there then had to reprint and make the order on the fly which put others behind... Part of the order was correct others not...it is usually so much easier, but I missed half my meeting and it was not the best experience. No apologies just a box shoved out the door and that was it. I won't use this location again for lunch orders.
When I reviewed my receipt.....I was charged for EXTRA STEAK which was NOT ORDERED. I am appalled that this worker (Esteban) took it upon himself to upcharge me $4.60 for steak meat that I didn't order and didn’t receive. Especially since he quoted me a different price at the register. When I try to call the store the automated line will not ring thru for me to speak to someone personally which is very disappointing. Not to mention the food that was to hot was cold by the time I made a simple 5 min walk back to my bldg. Check your receipts people....DO BETTER CHIPOTLE!!!
If you’re looking for the chipotle with the most consistently terrible customer service then look no further. Always smells like a backing up sewer inside and workers do the absolute best to make you wait 15+ minutes for your order (and give you someone else’s order) just to crank out onlines instead. Learn from me getting burnt 3+ times- after they hand you the bag- check the bowl. It’s most likely someone else’s.
Hit or miss location! Some days they are great and others they are slow and sloppy, with poor customer service. Like today, the computer system was down. They told us to order online. They couldn’t of comp the 3 meals of customers already in line for their poor service and bad end? I get that it’s not anyones “fault”, systems go down, and things happen but in a business perspective you have to also look out for the customers. You want people to come back, right?
Maybe the worst chipotle we have experienced. Mobile order was 20 min late with no effort to hustle. Absolutely no customer service. Still waiting for my order and hope it is correct.
I've been a huge fan of Chipotle since the late 90's! Over 20 years! But I have lost all respect for this company. My Chipotle app was recently hacked. Which in turn my credit card was hacked. The hacker used up all of my points, charged my credit card, had to cancel card and all of the fun things that go along with dealing with identity theft. And no matter how many times I reach out to Chipotle through their customer support system, nobody ever contacts you back. Read online and you will see this exact same scenario happens over and over and over again all day everyday! They can't even be as considerate as to give you back your points if you set up a new account. They just don't care. Flat out do not contact you at all. But Chipotle loves to talk about how much the help the environment, community, blah, blah, blah. They don't care about anything but making money. And if they lose a bunch of customers it doesn't really matter because they have more than they can take care of as it is. Anyway, this review is not directly directed at this particular store. So, I'm sorry for that. But since you can't call a customer service line (that's legit) and they don't respond the the email contact form, all I can do is continue to leave bad reviews on social media as well as Google reviews.
This is not a good location to get food unless you’re walking, because there is nowhere to park. Yet, they do have polite customer service & good portions of meat. My only other complaint is that I found bones in my food one time from the chicken, & I’m glad I didn’t swallow it.
I am very upset with my experience at this chipotle. I ordered on the app after leaving the gym and drove straight there had to drive around the block 3 times to find parking ( which was frustrating but that in itself isn’t their fault or deserving of a bad review) finally get there and pick up my order (one minute after recommended pick up time) and get my order and go. i get to my car and realize neither of the sauces i asked for on the side are in the bad and am upset but decide whatever i don’t need to walk all the way back it will be fine ive got hot sauce at home. get home and open my burrito only to start crying. i’m starving at this point just left the gym got food and get home only to realize they made my order wrong ?? THEN on top of there being ingredients i didn’t ask for the food itself was cold. No where near enough time bf passed for it it get that cold, i’m talking refrigerated not just not hot anymore. So i call the store THREE times trying to get a refund on the $13 burrito i just bought that’s nothing like what i want to digest, and get no answer every single time. i expect this to be made right or i will continue with bad reviews and complaints. this is unacceptable.
I continue giving this location a chance because it is close to home. This location continues to disappoint and underwhelm me. Today, I ordered a veggie bowl. I requested that my bowl include fajita veggies and tomatillo red chili salsa, and both were missing. Leaving my bowl sad and my stomach empty. I guess I will have to get in my car and go north to a better location.
