fire tacos good customer service
This place is fire!! Tried the Birria Ramen today and there was so much broth I was able to cook another package of plain noodles on my own for a second meal. At first I thought the price was a bit ridiculous, but when I realized I could make two meals out of it? SOLD. Now let’s talk about how the fire roasted, salted peppers make my mouth water.
I've eaten here 6 or 7 times since moving to Westport in 2019. Dine in or take out, for some reason, Cancun has never given me the correct food. Dine in, they put the correct food in the computer as the receipt is correct, and ordering online, obviously it's correct as I did it myself.Last 3 times I have attempted to try their Barría tacos. All 3 times, that's exactly what over ordered. So far, haven't been able to try them.It seems like they just hand me whatever they feel like.2 stars instead of 1 because the food has never made me sick.
I placed an order. The order was repeated back as well as read for verification. They made my food incorrectly and refused adamantly to remake my food or to refund me my money even though there is no sign posted that says they won’t give out refunds. I will highly recommend AGAINST ordering from this place to anyone and everyone. This is terrible customer service and piss-poor management.
i had my food delivered through uber eats, food was perfectly warm. the birria quesadilla was amazing, but the rice and beans were lacking any flavor. i also ordered the chips and guacamole, chips were alright but the guacamole wasn’t very good and was mainly tomato’s. i’ll definitely eat here again, a tad pricey but the quesadilla was definitely worth it.
Excellent Mexican food and great service. Enjoyed the tacos with well made rice and beans. Even excelled in queso dip for chips.
Low key, no frills dining experience while eating in. We had the birria tacos and street tacos- beef. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was amazing! Street tacos were so tasty you didn't need the sauce- just the lime was fine. Mild salsa was very flavorful. I'll be back and will use the drive thru or carry out option. Price was acceptable for the food.
The food was so delicious!The flavors of all the ingredients you could taste were fresh and home made.You know someone mom was in the back of the kitchen cooking ,because the food was on point!!!The waitress was friendly and nice.She smile and answered our questions, very helpful.YES, go !
The jalapeno margaritas were cold and the chips and salsa were hot. Very chill place, super friendly staff, not loud so it's easy to have conversations. They also have a drive though
I had eaten there for several years. The food is excellent but with the drive up, I can never park. So I drove off for the last time today . I don’t do drive up tortillas etc.
