The food was fantastic the waiter was super nice and really informative. He kept are drinks refilled and was super nice. He was pretty busy to and I felt he was super attentive. Not a long wait on the food really fast services for a Friday evening.
The kid had never been to BWW, so we went for dinner and will never be going back. I will preface with the fact that we KNOW staffing is an issue everywhere; No one has help. We got seated quickly, but it took 12 minutes for someone to come to our table so we could order drinks. For anyone with smaller children, you know this feels like an eternity however, we did have time to figure out what we were ordering. The kid wanted wings because “when in Rome” but these wings were cold (as was most of the other food we had gotten). I ordered a sandwich and it came out wrong so I did something I hate doing and sent it back. Got the right sandwich back and it.was.RAW! Sent it back again and felt like an a-hole doing it, but raw chicken is just…NO! Now, they did give us a 10 dollar coupon to use for a future visit…that will never happen.
Burger was absolutely delicious. The fried pickles aren't the same recipe as before.. they're ok, but not what we loved from before. Restaurant was clean, bright, waitress was friendly, food was served quickly. Overall, a great place to grab food!
It’s become a tradition to come here on Thursdays and we are never disappointed. The waitress is always super friendly and accommodating. She is also super quick! The food always hits and the beer on tap is always super tasty.
Our meals came out 3 minutes after our appetizer did. We had to have the waitress take our 30 boneless wing order back to the kitchen due to them being undercooked (she agreed completely). We received the “new” batch & same issue. Gristle, undercooked, & barely any sauce. We told ourselves we wouldn’t be back after the last encounter we had a year ago, but this time we REALLY won’t be back. Manager came over to “apologize” & didn’t offer any sort of discount or solution. Explained to our waitress that we were disappointed in the lack of customer service the manager had to offer, but that it was not her fault whatsoever. We left her a cash tip so it wasn’t divided amongst others.

Food took forever. When it did come out, it was cold. They weren't busy, so that shouldn't play into long cook times and cold food. French fries tasted like they were cooked in less than fresh oil.
. What happened? The girl at the register was a little less than friendly. The food was not that great, forgot my sauce and was expensive. Hmm. Everything since Covid seems to gone down hill. Sad
I have been here to this location before and it has gone way down in standards. There was an unpleasant smell in the restaurant. Service was slow and the food was less than average of what I have ever had at a bww. We were 1 of 2 tables around 1pm. Absolutely no reason the service and food should not have been excellent.
I get Thursday’s are busy but I called roughly 3-4 times with no answer to modify my order as it wasn’t available to do so online. If you get wings here make sure you get extra sauce. Every time I have ordered wings the sauce has been slim to none. Also I ordered onion rings and got cold, hard mozzarella sticks? In my opinion the food quality on Togo orders is very bad. Next time I’ll eat inside that way I can at least make sure I’m getting the right order/ I can see the quality of food.
