This restaurant was such a disappointment. First, the service was horrid and rude. I was told to take my own chopsticks and then yelled at when I reached for the wrong set. Second, they were late with the beyond overpriced food that was not even close to an adult portion. The food wasn’t terrible, I must say, but I paid an exorbitant amount for half-empty styrofoam boxes. I’m still hungry.

This 5-star rating goes to the server, whose name starts with the letter F. They made my experience an absolute delight! First, they constantly checked in on me, filling my water, conversational, and gave excellent recommendations. Most importantly, they were honest and polite with me the entire visit. It felt so natural and unforced. Bonus, the food was pretty good too. The Gogo Roll and Pork Gyoza paired with the Sho Chiku Bai - Hot Sake was the perfect recommendation! Big thanks to the server! The ambiance is stellar as well. It's the ideal combination of modern and chic. The natural light from the large windows adds the finishing touch! I'm so happy I chose to eat here on my lunch break. It was a real treat!

I've been here plenty of times and if you can sit at the bar with your significant other and with your significant other and just have a great time with the guys behind the counter it's one of the best experiences I've had.
Hands down the best sushi around.Salvador is the best sushi chef and worked his way up the chain to owning his own restaurant and I highly recommend his special touch to his loving touch on his sushi.

I thought I had had chicken before. Brookside Poultry is in a class by itself. Perhaps a "hole in the wall", it is staffed by some of the friendliest and most talented folks I have met in a long time. Everything from the drinks to the many kinds of chicken and sides to the desserts are incredible. Do yourself a favor and order the Chef's Board to get a selection of everything: salad, grits, chicken salad sandwich (which is truly amazing), friend chicken, potatoes (also amazing). And save room, if you can, for their incredible Brazilian chocolate pie. They offer dedicated GF options which are every bit as good as the gluten options. The only bad thing is that you will be ruined for other chicken places.
