Bristol never disappoints! We had a nice quiet dinner to end the 4th of July celebration. We asked to sit in the bar at the window seat and the hostess accommodated us. immediately The lemon shrimp campanelle was divine!

There was one issue that occurred and the back of the house manager promptly took care of. Our server was exceptional
Lobster bisque and carrot cake were phenomenal! Great service
The fish was clearly not fresh. Had to return the swordfish as it was so fishy it was not edible. The salmon was served completely raw in the middle. Out of 6 of us the only person who enjoyed their dinner was our five year old who ate chicken fingers. We ate at Bristol years ago and really enjoyed our meal but considering the prices of the meals, the current quality and taste are just not acceptable. To the restaurants credit, the manager did refund half our meal cost as most of us did not eat our ordered dishes. Even so, we will not return to Bristol, there are many other restaurants in KC with far superior food and service.

Steak was dry and had no flavor. Sides also lacked flavor. The drinks were good.

Nice environment, got a private room for a work gathering. The service was great and the prices were very reasonable for a high quality meal. Will be back!
