We went for brunch and I had a coupon. We were seated and given a lunch menu and ignored for 10 minutes. Went to the hostess desk to ask for a brunch menu and was told no brunch today. I had just received an email saying brunch is served until 3pm on Sunday. We had arrived at noon and left at 12:15 without even having any water brought to the table. We went to another restaurant.
We have always enjoyed this BrAvo. Good service etc. but this time it wasnât up to par.
Bravoâs chefs have no idea how to make Spaghetti Bolognese. It tastes like cheap dry spaghetti from the grocery store, not freshly made pasta, and the sauce tastes like canned Ragu brand from the grocery store with some ground meat added. Send your chefs to Bologna, Italy so they can experience real food. The bread is also disgusting; why does it tastes like it was frozen and not baked with a proper crust? You should not call yourselves an Italian restaurant.
Iâm pretty sure the air conditioning was either broken or not turned up. It took 1.45 minutes for three kids meals and spaghettiâ¦

It was really hot in the restaurant. I saw many people fanning themselves. Food and service was good.
Told 30 minute wait but was able to book 15 minute wait while sitting there. Still seated us after 30. Reason was short on staff. Restaurant almost empty at 4pm on Sunday. Tables not bussed from time we got there to after we were seated n served. Took us to a table with smears and glass ring stains. We asked for a different table n were seated at one with crumbs in three areas. Then she brushed one set off n said they put paper on the table so it was ok. Plates n one fork dirty. Pork chops cold. Cream brûlée had sticky top not hard shell like it’d been refrigerated. From entry to exit took 2 full hours.
We arrived to a half empty restaurant with reservations and were seated at a table with crumbs on it. After placing our order we waited 3/4 hour with no attention given by our server. When she finally came by I asked where our food was and she said two large parties had arrived. I'm not sure why they would put us behind two large parties that came in after us. Our meal came about 15 minutes later and was average. We will not be returning.
I took my BBF for her birthday and it was a very good time, we had a giggle when we found out that our serverâs name was Alexa; we couldnât stop saying âAlexa, bring me more waterâ lol
We had a large party (8 and a high chair) and we’re seated promptly by the host and hostess. Our server was very friendly and took great care of us. The food was great as usual. The drinks were a little slow from the bar, but we were at the tail end of happy hour, so it was understandable and not really that bad. We had a great time!
