Nice store. We had reservations, but being a week night probably would have been alright without. Service was good, we were well attended to without being smothered. The food was excellent for the most part. Only complaints were the coleslaw, needed a dressing and the green beans were near raw. Everything else perfect. Well worth visiting and we'll be returning.
Food was good. Service was fast and friendly. We had a really good meal and I would recommend Bonefish to others.
Best shrimp and coleslaw I’ve ever had.Appetizers of Imperial Dip and Pot Stickers were Amazing!Crab cakes were soggy and undercooked, steak was OK.***worst service I’ve ever had***Server took order and we never saw them again, didn’t ever ask how our meal was or if we needed anything once. I had to ask the Hostess for our bill.Not holding the service against the restaurant.
We got there at open and they sat us down and left. we sat there for good 30 minutes waiting for the waitress to come ask us would like to drink.There was only one person waiting on tablets. So we were patiently waiting. I knew it wasn't the waitresses fault. There's other staff just walking around doing pretty much nothing. It made no sense to us. But the waitress is very kind and sweet we left her a good tip. By the time she got there we knew what we wanted to eat so we ordered our food . The food is ok. You would think for the price you pay for it would melt in your mouth with flavor but it did not and are green beans where too hard to eat. I won't be going back there.
Short staffed, we had reservations but we're seated 45 minutes late. The paper on the tables was weird
The food was fine, that’s the two stars. Our server clearly had little interest in being there. We were brought 5 waters for 6 people. She didn’t let one of us finish their order before moving on and then forgot to complete both kid orders so I had to interrupt taking the order of the table next to us to finish it.Then she would come by, ask if everything was ok and dart away rapidly. Move to the check at the end my wallet was out on the table and she said to pay when ready and had her back turned so fast she missed me getting a card out in front of her.Worst restaurant experience in a long time.Also, the decorations have cobwebs on them. Minor compared to the server issues but I was surprised they don’t clean well.
Food was excellent and service was spot on. Very busy tonight, they did an excellent job.
We’ve given this location multiple opportunities and have been disappointed the last 3 visits for carry out. Third strike, you’re out… They’ve either let us order food over the phone and didn’t have the food available when we arrived. Mixed up our order or waiting in the lobby 30 minutes after the food was supposed to be ready. The sit down dining experience is always great, but we will most likely never order carry out here again. They need new management or more staffing. Very disappointed.

5 star experience all along. Sedona was my server and off the top she let me know about specials and everything, as i sat i overheard (if i don’t get back to this I’m sorry I’m going to find her and ask her name) say to a customer, i know this was supposed to come out a little sooner but i didn’t think it was fresh enough so i had the dish remade... simply amazing, the entire experience oozed class. The drinks were well mixed (tried the blueberry lemon cocktail) portion sizes are also generous as compared to; McCormick and Schmidt, the Cheesecake Factory, yard house, brio, and other local favorites get the bang bang shrimp, Lav’ere was the servers name (in writing this review while I’m here) but the staff was extremely friendly, and the cooks made this an enjoyable experience
