Sub par food. My garlic stir fry was primarily carrots with four pieces of broccoli and a little meat. There was no garlic flavor and the watery sauce just tasted vaguely like beef.
Beef Pho was amazing there, would highly recommend trying it. They have other kinds but haven't had a chance to try them as i always get the beef lol Had the small bowl and couldn't help but ask for seconds so I recommend getting the large since its really good.
Really good pho! Stopped here on vacation at the recommendation of the hotel staff. Not too crowded and the selection was impressive.We split the pot stickers, I got the beef pho and hubby got the sukiaki (not sure on the spelling). The broth was super flavorful in both our dishes.I do wish the meat was cut either into smaller pieces or thinner because it was a bit chewy and hard to get through with the chop sticks.
Really enjoyed coming here especially during the evening when the dining area has a very neo-noir dimly lit ambience. The mix of appetizers and then the wonton noodle soup was a very good combo.
This place never disappoints. Took my daughter in yesterday for her first visit and the food was amazing in her words. They were understaffed and very busy. However service and quality of food was outstanding. She had the yellow curry with shrimp and I enjoyed a regular size bowl of beef pho. You can't go wrong here.
If you haven't been then you need to go. If you have questions do not be afraid to ask. I've been going for 30 years ish here and have never had bad food. Make sure to ask if you don't know. They are not judgemental not do they want to make you feel dumb about their food or translation. Relax and enjoy great food.
Pad thaii is too sour and soupy, no vegetables hard noodles. Shrimp dumplings too fishy and raw not good tasting at all , rice undercooked . .disappointed. not happy with price as well. The only thing good is cucumber salad with raw onion sugar and vinegar
Please do not be confused by old reviews. This place USED TO BE good. Now the food is like someone’s foggy memory of what Vietnamese food tastes like only they’ve confused it with cheap Americanized Chinese food.
One of my wife and I’d favorite places .. eat here atleast 2 x a month ..
Had a great lunch and with the $9.99 seafood special we had the seafood pad Thai. They did a wonderful job of getting lite spice on mine (my diet needs) which made it even more special. Always enjoy Tasty Thai/Big Bowl Pho.
