The sandwiches are DELICIOUS, but I’d like to highlight the customer service. As someone who also works for a small business, it’s refreshing to see people like Courtney, thriving in their work environment. Today Courtney had a trainee, and you can tell that she approaches training with patience, kindness, and a whole lot of grace. I commend the whole Bay Boy team for making work look effortless. Having a positive work environment spills over to an A1 customer experience. Thanks for fueling my team and serving up smiles too guys!
Ordered carryout for my husband & I. It was really really good & we both thoroughly enjoyed it. I've always wanted to find an epic sandwich shop in KC & I think I finally have. Their bread is totally different than anything we've ever had & we both really loved it. It makes the sandwich. They also have really unique flavor combinations, an excellent selection of chips, & delicious chocolate chip cookies.You can tell a lot of thought went into every element of their shop. From their delicious food to the copywriting on their website (the sandwich descriptions are so fun!). Really impressed with all of it & excited to enjoy many meals from here in the future.
Very well crafted Sandwich with premium ingredients. Somewhat heavy on the chipotle mayo for my taste, but still outstanding (had the crown town club) Congratulations
I haven't been so amused with a sandwich before in my life.I think I had the best experience of sandwich. It was so awesome that I can come back again and again.One of the best sandwich that I have tried. What an authentic and super nice bread.The staffs were so friendly and very accommodating. They were very attentive in every detail that I gave them.They respect privacy of every customer. Very cozy, although lines are long, for me it's worth the wait.The place is very clean and follow health standards, since it's pandemic.The overall service was excellent. I am a very satisfied customer and I will recommend this to all of my friends.So, what are you waiting for? Let's have a bite.

These sandwiches really are different from your standard fare. I had the El Jefe. Awesome, unique flavor. I don't think you'd find sandwiches like this anywhere. If I wasn't full, I'd go get another one. Thanks Bay Boy. I'll see you soon.
This is the best sandwich shop in KC. I’d say I eat the sandwich for the bread if it wasn’t so good. Dutch crunch roll. Eat the whiz even if you think it sounds weird and thank me. Or get a meatball sub
Excellent! Had the Bandit and the raspberry jam is the perfect condiment. Others ordered the El Jefe and the Turkey and all loved it. Can’t go wrong. Outdoor seating only.
If you have never had bay boy specialty sandwiches then you are definitely missing out! The Dutch crunch is amazing and if you are from California like me then you have missed this bread. I have not yet had a sandwich there that I did not like, the gobbler is great, the Cuban is great, the hot pastrami is great and my favorite is the Crown town club. And their cloudy day cookies are amazing. I would eat these everyday if I could.
I was very excited to try this place but it disappointed. I may try a different sandwich next time. There was way too much sauce and I couldn't taste anything but. When I visited they were doing curbside only.
