They are always out of the items for the layer sundae. We went in for a snickers sundae and a cookie dough sundae. They were out of those plus the Reese’s peanut butter. So we ended up with brownie sundae and the brownie was so hard that trying to cut a piece off from r bite almost pushed the bottom out of the cup. Then to top that off they were out of vanilla ice. A very basic ice cream!!!!!!!
Just went tonight since I got food nearby and was craving it. Guy charged me $13.00 even. I paid cash, and he said Goodnight before I could ask for my receipt, but I did anyways. He shamefully handed back some of my money, because he tried to steal it!! On the receipt it showed my total was less than he tried to charge me so that’s why he gave it back. Then told me “sorry I don’t have any coins to give you the rest” as in the rest of my change, as I’m hearing the register rattle with change as it’s closed. I assume he kept that change because he couldn’t keep the extra money. I’m infuriated about people who are like this who just try to get over on others. I should’ve trusted my gut and left when they said they had limited flavors and the freezer was out of service. Unprofessional and disgusting. Never going back.

Horrible, absolutely horrible service. Such a rude owner. I have no idea where the attitude came from. I'm glad I don't live close because I will never come back to this location ever again. THEY DONT DESERVE ONE STAR i dont have negative option to select. Its health concern and i see contamination there I would request HEALTH DEPARTMENT to visit a place Hair all over ice cream cans and dirt on the scoopers. TERRIBLE
Ordered a custom cake for husband's birthday, I went for pickup on husbands birthday and location was closed during its google stated normal business hours (because there are no hours on the building) Called corporate, transferred, then told by both lower and higher up management the matter will be resolved by owner of store. I asked, if the owner can't manage to open the store on time how could they manage a refund or resolution? I was then told all Dunkins and Baskin Robbins are independently owned and if I am not contacted in 48 hours to give corporate a call back. I don't have 48 hours! I will never spend another dime at any Baskin-Robbins or Dunkin donut. Unacceptable.
Ice cream should not have melted quick. It was 69 degrees out. Other than that, they don't have many cake styles to choose from. I would personally steer from this location and go to Liberty.
Worst Baskin Robin's I've ever been to. It was dirty and the service was TERRIBLE. Never disappointing and I've been there a few times.
Hours on the door say 10 PM, but when I attempted to enter they said they were closed. Even though the door was still unlocked… And it was 9:39 PM. There were no hours posted. So I guess they just pick and choose when they close. They all had a good laugh about it. Not very good business. Very disappointed.
Absolutely filthy, felt dirty even after washing my hands! My daughters ice cream had something in it as well. Not worth coming back, I would say go to the one in liberty but that one is only slightly better.
Husband and I were here a couple months ago and it was ok. Typical BR experience. Today, we visited again and didn't even get ice cream. We waited 15-16 minutes in line behind a couple getting 2 sundaes and then a lady getting a cone. Both customers, they were carelessly and slowly bumbling around to serve before we left to go get ice cream from QuikTrip. Store looked fairly clean but freezers were empty and there was zero sense of urgency in helping the growing line of people and no clear sense of organization between the two guys working. Might try again in a couple months if they're still around.
