This place is an incredible hidden gem. We were staying near the airport and popped by on our way out of town and oh my goodness I want to go back so bad. Such a varied selection of pastries, plus the biggest, best cinnamon rolls you will ever eat. “One” is basically the size of 2 rolls, and the bottom of the tin is covered in extra cinnamon sugar buttery goodness. My husband also tried a danish and a scone, which were 10x better than a pastry you’d pick up at a coffee shop. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!
If you're not UNDER the posted speed, you can drive by and miss Anita! They're on the N end of their building, beautifully blended into the surroundings on the NE corner NW Spur Dr & NW Parie View Rd. Anita made my morning with the FRESHLY made breakfast sandwich (egg & cheese only) to enjoy along side my coffee. The crew sets aside Mondays and Tuesdays for themselves & their loved ones as they serve delicious treats the rest of the week.The grab & go options make it a quick stop to add delicious to your day or for sharing with your friends and family!
Best cinnamon rolls I’ve had in my life!You can tell these are made with love, the first bite made me just stop in my tracks. It’s like time stood still as I tried to process all the fireworks going off in my brain from the sensations my tongue just experienced.Absolutely flawless and now a core memory, it’s that good.
Great lunch today! Chicken noodle soup was delicious as was the turkey and Swiss sandwich. But then top it off with amazing cinnamon rolls and cookies…and much much more! Try it out! Yum!!!
While visiting family in KC my daughter suggested I go to Anita’s. Oh my- what a treasure. I purchased two kinds of soup and ate the chicken dumpling today. It was absolutely delicious. I didn’t realize the soup came with a large homemade roll. It was so large I could only eat half of it but will have it and the second soup tomorrow.I hope to sample their gluten free pastries in the near future. If you haven’t been to Anita’s you are missing out.
I have enjoyed so many tasty treats in this store. I recently hosted a professional event in which I used an assortment of baked goods for my guest. Everything was hit; of course the cinnamon rolls were a favorite.
The apple danish was delightful. Flaky and full of apples. The shop is cute and has many options from sweet to savory baked goods, rolls, cakes, cinnamon rolls, and breakfast sandwiches. Worth a stop!
I love everything I have tried from Anita’s!! I will stop in for some yummy soup that is served with a fresh big roll and always leave with several other things from their baked goods display case. EVERYTHING I have had is amazing and the cinnamon rolls are to die for!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Anita’s Bakery. I have tried everything from her pastries, cookies and famous cinnamon rolls to her pigs in a blanket, ham and cheese rolls, and specialty king cake. EVERYTHING, and I mean EVERYTHING tasted amazing, fresh, and homemade with love and care. I am never disappointed when I go to Anita’s and the best part is the attentive and friendly staff, including Anita herself. She always takes the time to say hi and thank me for coming in. The service, quality and tastes are the best around and if you haven’t been here yet, it is a run don’t walk!
