I haven't been here for years! I was surprised to see the new addition and outdoors area! The pizza was great and will definitely be back! We met the owner and he was very nice and friendly. It's a quaint place and I love that!!!
Woodys, I love you. I SERIOUSLY love you. But tonight makes the third time I've tried to get a cheesy bread Togo this year and you have closed early. I live in Tulsa and try to get one every time I'm in town and it's breaking my heart. Sometimes it's been an hour before close even. ?? I'd come earlier but I'm here for work and want nothing more than a cheesy bread to eat on the 2 hr drive home.!!!!UPDATE!!! Dear owner, I appreciate your response, however, it has been at 8:00, 8:15, and 8:30 when I have been turned away. So do you close at 8 or at 9?
Just ordered the mumma pizza and it was hands down delicious. The ingredients are very fresh. We also ordered the mozzarella Barratta. Simply divine. Customer service is excellent as well and will definitely be back. Rootbeer is to die for, yummy
Amazing service, did carry out and they got every part of our order correct which other restaurants seem to be struggling with. It is pricey for a frozen dough small pizza. At the price they charge I would prefer it all be fresh and hand stretched, it would be worth the extra wait time. The Brussels sprouts were bland, the salad is iceberg lettuce, and one pizza was so burnt only have of it was edible. The soda and cinnamon roll are the only things worth going back for.
Stopped in from Chicago while visiting family. Was nice that the lunch buffet was happening so we could get many samples of delicious pizza! Very crowded, but do to the buffet, people were in and out quickly! Enjoyed it very much!
Woody’s is a must try in Joplin. It was an awesome experience to sit in front of the wood fire oven and watch as the pizza quickly developed into something amazing. I am most definitely going back as soon as possible.
My first visit here. Polite, Profesional server. Wonderful Chef/Pizza maker. Fun atmosphere. Really enjoy the music and being able to watch the pizzas being made and fired!

By far the best pizza joint in Joplin. A bit pricey but well worth the purchase. I highly recommend some wine for the ladies. My all time fav is Moscato. Honestly, you'll leave happy. And if you have left overs for the next day, a couple minutes under broil will make you feel like you won jackpot.
