my family and I had food to go from here yesterday. Really impressive quality and excellent value. Packaged well, Authentic Italian and very homestyle. I would highly recommend eating at Wiseguys.

First time here, had lasagna. It was hot and fresh, wasn't burned or undercooked. It was enough to get me to the spot of happy without being so much I was either going to stuff myself/waste it, but it wasn't so little that I was going to leave hungry or be underwhelmed. It was tasty, the sauce wasn't overpoweringly tomato and it wasn't greasy. Very good, will definately return either for more lasagna or to try something else.
My boyfriend and I got take out from here! They didn’t get my boyfriends food right AND didn’t even give me my food I ordered! I would NOT recommend this place if you would like your food made or given to you correctly.
I hate to leave bad reviews, but this one is warranted. Shrimp scampi....if I wanted frozen shrimp that tasted like microwave shrimp with vinegar it would have been great. Shrimp scampi is supposed to have a thick, buttery sauce with herbs in it....no vinegar taste. All this was was overcooked, frozen shrimp with dry noodles.. Not coming back.
We all had Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. It was pretty good.
They by far had the best hoagie bun I think I've ever had in my life I will be coming back again shortly I do recommend their food to any newcomers to town!!
The food is okay for what it is- cheap comfort food. You can make better in your own kitchen, but if you want to skip the effort, Wise Guys is an inoffensive option.But the reason we won't be back is this- in three visits, not only have I have never felt like my business was appreciated, it seemed the opposite was true, that they were annoyed I was there. And maybe they are. I don't know. But I do know there are a scads of dining choices in Joplin, and most know it doesn't cost a business owner a penny to act friendly with a patron and thank them for stopping by.
Before the country had to hibernate I gave this place a shot and I got to say I wasn't all that impressed but I decided to take a shot because my dad wanted veal parm and I must say it was much much better. We ordered delivery and everything arrived quick and hot. There was a bit to much pesto sauce which was a tiny bit bland but otherwise I was extremely pleased and will be ordering from them again
Very poor food quality. Tasted like frozen nasty food and nothing like authentic whatsoever.Thank you for the response. We ordered a large variety of items for our group to sample. And while I’m not from Italy myself, my spouse is.
