Our family of five was passing through on a busy Saturday evening around 7pm (June 4, 2022). We did the online reservation system and everything was spot-on. When we arrived we were greeted from the time we opened the door and all throughout the restaurant by several team members and the manager on the way to our table. Our server, Chad, knocked it out of the park! He is a phenomenal server. Friendly, responsive and personal (he seemed like a good friend there to help us with our experience). We were blown away by how many servers stopped by our table to check on us (including the manager, again). It wasn’t “too much”; it was actually very impressive. The reason that I am writing this review is to let management know they have a well-oiled machine (which is difficult to do these days). The crew that works there is amazing, as was the manager. Our food came out as expected (hot, steaks cooked to temp).Great job Texas Roadhouse! When it comes to restaurant chains, this is a model-restaurant.Sincerely,A grateful family on a long cross-country road trip!
pricy if want, but middle range options too. besides that excellent food, incredible service, and a fun atmosphere
We rolled in after a long day on the trails, hungry and parched we got just what we needed. I went with my usual Dallas filled. The waitress was quick with the order, the beer was a bit longer. I always enjoy the rolls with Cinnamon butter, mmmmm. The 6 oz steak came out cooked perfect but it was small êven for a 6 Oz. I had a 7 Oz at a different dinner that was at least twice a big. I know some weigh before cooking, and some after, but it was a big difference.
I don’t like chains on principle. That said, I do have a soft spot for Texas Roadhouse. I’ve yet to have a bad meal at any of them. They were busy but no wait for a seat. The amount of food for the price is great! I didn’t have anything bad here. The Sam Adam’s summer ale, bread, and steaks were great!I highly recommend that if you don’t have any ideas on dinner to consider Texas Roadhouse.
I used to love coming here, it was my favorite place to go. The last several times I’ve been here it has been terrible. The time before last they cooked my steak wrong twice but we had already been there probably an hour and a half. I just ate it and dealt with it. Yesterday we came in around 4:30, there was no wait to be seated. We sat down, got our drinks, and ordered. We LITERALLY waited 50 minutes for our food. My steak was cooked wrong, my daughters steak was cooked wrong. The waiter didn’t seem to care. The manager came over while I had food in my mouth and asked how everything was but didn’t give me a chance to answer. I just ate it even though it was nasty because we had plans and had already been there for an hour and a half. I don’t know what has happened here but it’s so disappointing. The quality of food and service was awful. Also the waiter said he’d see if he could do anything since we waited so long but of course he didn’t.
Brought my son here for his 19th birthday, had a very nice time. The food was amazingly good, my Porterhouse T-bone was cooked to perfection, and his Smokehouse burger was quite a nice sight too. The rolls and whipped roadhouse butter just melt in your mouth. The service was outstanding, everyone was prompt and extremely friendly. Restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere of good times. Keep up the great work.
Had date night at Texas Roadhouse and it was great. They were busy but the servers danced and made sure we had a good time and great food. My prime rib was perfect and my husband loved the ribs.
Great food and service Definitely will be back
Kansas City steak was awesome! Only one thing of cinnamon better for extra buns and ordered loaded baked potato but all I got was a big potato and some bacon... The onion blossom was a little burned but other than that the food was great.
Since I moved here, I've been looking for a fine stake dinner. Not only was it done right, but the kitchen makes sure to ask our opinion in person, very good!!! KUDOS, and yes, it was "medium." Perfect
