Food is always good. They let the employees park right up in front by the door. So you have to park on back row. Think is rude

There's ALWAYS a line but I've never had an issue with the quality of the food. There's usually at least one thing missing from my order but usually just a taco or cheese roll-up. It's your average taco bell.

The service is friendly and accurate, but if you're picking up a mobile order or third party delivery, they don't start preparing the order until someone comes in to pick it up.

We ordered at the drive thru, at the West 7th St, Joplin Mo. Taco Bell. The order was 3 soft taco, 2 large drinks and 2 CHIPS/CHEESE SAUCE, well we got the cheese sauce bu NO CHIPS. this is frustrating, we live in Kansas, so driving back isnt an option. I prefer to get some kind of credit to get what we pay for. This has happened before. My point is please double check the drive through orders better.

Very slow service for as non busy as they were. Non professional as well. Basically tossed my order out the window and shut it quickly. The food was as you would expect from any taco bell. Many locations in my area probably won't be going back to this one

Might want to avoid this location ATM unless you're trying to catch up on your reading while you wait. Took me 30 minutes to order in drive through and dude that took my order said it's gonna be another 15 before I get it. I feel like the GM of this store should find something to do that they're good at. Cause this ain't it.

The customer service is great, but everytime I order online and set the time its always 10 to 15 mins later. I'll go check in and wait then I'll go up again to find out that they haven't started the order.

I came up there and ordered a Mexican pizza no beef. I get all the way home to find out it has beef on it. I call up there and they tell me the only way they'll fix their mistake is if I bring the food back. I don't live close by. I ask of I can come up another time. They say yes but I have to have the food. I'm not holding on to it to bring it back. Horrible customer service.

I waited behind a few cars in the drive thru for ten minutes as some guy sat at the non-functioning drive thru. I had time to fill out an order on my Taco Bell app. Then everyone in front of me eventually drove off. We pulled up to the window and called. I asked if the drive they was working, the manager asked if it was a prank call? I said no I’ve been in the drive thru for like 20 minutes at this point. Then he said “I can see that you’ve only been here for two minutes.” Excuse me? First, that was an unnecessary comment. Second, he had no idea how long I had been stuck behind those other cars. Apparently the drive thru headset had died. The guy working the drive thru was great. Whoever answered the phone needs a lesson in manners. I think three people ahead of me left without food. I’ve also had time to type this long review STILL waiting for my food in the drive thru.

This Taco Bell is either blessed by, or owned by, Jesus. Wonderful service and the drive through is the best in the whole nation… you actually have a little space between your tires and the curb, unlike the ALL others where have you in there like cattle. Also, the food bag was literally hanging out the second window ready for us to pick it up after we paid. Seriously, y’all… miracle on 7th street.
