Drive through person between 10pm-11pm on 7/27/22 took my mom's debit card, spent $400. Do not go here unless you want to get robbed! Police will be called. Manager is protecting worker. It was a male between 18-21 years old.
Daytime is good. Went last night about 5:30, took 2 times going through drive thru to get food. By the 2nd trip around the building, bottom was out of sack because of grease. By the time I got the 5 blocks to my house we just threw the 38.00 worth of food in the trash because of the grease. Will not go back, probably to any Taco Bell.
Waited over 15 minutes in the lobby for a single burrito when there were only 2 other customers. It exploded all over my hands/lap due to being poorly made and on the third bite. So happy to return to get an expensive mess within seconds of waiting forever.
The food was Cold. Not just cold ice cold ..did they put it in fridge instead of under heat lamp. Very disappointed. I was hungry and couldn't even eat it. I would of taken it back put there was.a.long line.
Both food and service was excellent.We drove from Pittsburg, KS to order from this Taco Bell because you actually get what you pay for from here, most Taco bells give you more lettuce or tomatoes, and hardly any meat.At this Taco Bell you can actually taste the meat!Thank you and keep up the awesome work!
Chicken Quesadilla's tasted old and one wasn't even cut up.Waited in drive-thru for 15-20 minutes.
My order took about 25 minutes to receive as they were taking care of drive-through orders before dining room orders, regardless of who ordered first. I watched. I was informed management told them to do it that way.
No one working the counter, saying the wrong name when they announce the order and walking away. Very rude to my wife and I when we asked who’s order they just put down. Told us it was “Kyle” … turns out it was ours and Kyle wasn’t even on the ticket.
Have been using Taco bell on 26th and main for a while now and almost everytime they screw up our order. Ordered 5 nacho fries and only got 1 cheese sauce and that's not an oversight. They had to count the fries. Next we ordered 8 burrito supremes and ended up with someone else's order, but how did they get part of it right? This is what happens when you hire just anybody. DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!
I hate giving less than 5 stars but this restaurant rarely opens on time. Usually is at least 10-15 minutes after when it should open. I can understand it happening occasionally, but it's happened 6 out of the last 7 times I tried to get food there.They do make the best taco Bell breakfast of all the area taco bells, so that's a redeeming factor.
