Coffee made to perfection and was able to sit down with a friend and chat for a hot minute. Very friendly and welcoming. Didn't feel rushed at all.
Starbucks Isn't the only coffee place in the area, there are better options when it comes to good coffee but Starbucks is still one of the best in my opinion. This particular location is very popular and good as well. The employees are nice and do their job fast and you get your beverage typically in less than 3 minutes.
This location is awful. The employees are actually high off shrooms. We arrived to the speaker and could barely hear the employee on speaker. He was slurring his speech as well. Arriving at the window, you could tell he was squinty. He gave us a completely different drink and dropped our cake pop on the floor but still picked it up and gave it us. He faked getting us a new one. Never going back here. ?
Focusing on drive-thru and leaving 10 plus dissatisfied patrons in the lobby for over 20 minutes is not a good look for the newly remodeled Starbucks on rangeline. Seven Brew across the street just picked up a new customer this morning.
Totally didn’t listen to my order and put almond milk in my coffee which I’m allergic to. When I asked for it to be fixed they gave me the chunkiest soy milk I’ve ever seen. They tried to blame it on shaking the carton too hard. I waited for my drink to be remade but had to eventually ask for a refund so I could get back on the road as they were hell bent on taking care of everyone in the drive through before remaking my drink. Highly disappointed.
Not a big fan of STBX anyway but no DD around. Out of blonde. Repeated order 3 times (including at window). On highway, took a sip, no sweetener. Still not a fan of STBX. Not the cool, sexy coffee store it once was. Just long, slow lines with mediocre staff.
Loved the new renovation. The staff has much more space to work and it's all open so customers can watch the drinks being made.
A good location, a friendly staff, the Starbucks experience that you know and love.
I got a freshly brewed coffe it tasted good but strong meh I'd go again. My husbamd got a cappuccino and they didn't bother asking him if he wamted sugar for it or anything so that was not a good thing
Ice Chi Latte was good as always. As was the breakfast sandwich, & pumpkin bread. Drive thru seems poorly designed. Where so many people waiting to give order that people whom go into coffeehouse. Have difficulty backing out due to the excess cars.
