Not terrible, but seem to always get my drink wrong (always get a mocha AND white mocha frappe aka tuxedo frappe or black and white frappe). When I ask if it’s both mochas at the window after seeing how light the drink is I’m told it’s both…when I take a drink it’s definitely only white mocha. I pay for both, so why don’t I get it? The Starbucks down the street close to Sam’s is able to get it right… Have given them many many chances to prove themselves! Won’t be returning to this location.
Worst Starbucks experience ever. Over 24 minutes wait for 4 drinks! There was not a long line or over flowed parking lot/drive thru. The male making the drinks was moving around all the stickers, it looked like he was picking and choosing the drinks he wanted to make. Seriously, this was BS! Very frustrating experience!
It’s not often I am motivated to write a scathing review—perhaps this time around it was the smile on the face of the gals working the window accompanied by her snide tone of voice when I said my drink was the wrong size (I specifically asked for the LARGEST available—and that I couldn’t remember if it was a 20 or 24 ounce). When I was handed a grande, I said it is supposed to be bigger—(I’ve ordered my drink at this location hundreds of times—literally). And she responds smugly, “No. it’s listed as a grande on the label. It’s the right size.”Ok—I spent 22 years in food and beverage. 10 of those were managing coffee shops in Seattle. The customer is ALWAYS right. Additionally, I make more than enough money to pay for the biggest option which is why I ordered the biggest option…I am not paying for a grande and then trying to scam you out of a larger size.Second of all, 90% of communication is non verbal—tone of voice matters—and IDGAF how you are feeling, you are in a position where customer service matters (I’m in sales, myself.) and that is not acceptable.Third of all, I also asked for 5 stevias—which weren’t in there event though it was on the screen when I orderedI will say at least this time I wasn’t corrected when I ordered a breve—why? Because I said latte breve even though that is NOT what they actually are. There is a DISTINCT difference between a latte and a breve—what is that difference? Latte=milk (skim all the way to whole) and breve = half and half (or a type of cream). Google it if you don’t believe me—and I know I sound extra and bougie on this review—I just spent $16 on two beverages (the dragon fruit is very much lacking in the refresher too)….I went inside to see SEVEN employees—two of which were seemingly wandering aimlessly….I digress. The quality of training needs serious improvement.
It boils down to your barista whether you experience is 5 stars or 3 stars. Here lately they have been subpar.
One of the top 5 Starbucks I’ve been too. The other one down the road is getting 0 stars. After that store not posting the inside was closed on the app I came here. I’m a trucker I can’t go in the drive thru and it should be posted on the app to let people know who don’t have cars etc. Even the student who wants too study inside. That’s what the app has that feature for. The barista was very kind here. The sandwich was perfect. My coffee was made right (what a concept a proper shaken espresso) this store turned my frown upside down and I appreciate that
Of course it's good, it's Starbucks lol. I do wish they had more sugar free options, as big as they are they should have more than every coffee house in the US
The staff was very friendly and helpful for us since we have never been to a Starbucks. They guided us to drinks that were non dairy.
It's Starbucks, it's good coffee but this location is frustrating sometimes. They are so busy that the drive thru line is always long which isn't an issue but their drive thru has two different directions you can access it. That's normally not a problem unless you get people that cut in front of you when you were already waiting before they drove up. Leaves a bad taste when grown adults don't know how to respectfully take turns in the real world. That aside, staff is usually very nice if not breathless as they work to help you swiftly. I hope they can build or aquire a bigger location someday.
Literally the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Don’t waste your time, just go to the one by 32nd street… you’ll be done there before you’d even get to the window at this one.
Great coffee, great workers
