Jalen I believe was his name, was very kind to me an my mother we pulled up with a order ahead and he delivered our order and asked about our car and spoke to us for a couple minutes. Very kind young gentleman, if management sees this, this young man is a great employee keep him around.
Food was good but they forgot my sons apple juice an with gas prices an me living outside of town there was no way i was going back! Lol
Horrible service by this entire crew! While taking my order the carhop keeps asking me to repeat myself, I asked if he was having trouble hearing me and he said no, he was just busy having a conversation with a co worker. Once I finally make it to the window we waited almost 10 minutes for 4 drinks while people inside just stood around. Would never come back here
I'm a professional cook and been owner of my own fast food cafe and supervised many others. Never ever would I serve the food that comes out of here. You pay good money for fast food the way it is to get what your served. I thought new management thing's would be different...but it isn't. I don't care how busy or short handed you are still no excuse if you're a good manager or assistant manager you'll make sure what is being served. That's what you get paid to do. I either get what I didn't order or undone onion rings. And this time lettuce rotten on my hamburger. Should not even be where workers are serving it. I will no longer eat here.
I know their training new people on afternoon and evening shift. But they need to decrease their errors. They can't count change, they give people food that wasn't ordered, or how it was ordered. And messed up strawberry water. Manger needs to work with them on customer service, in many areas.
It is fast food but they almost always get the order right and the price isn’t terrible. They serve lunch and dinner 24/7, for those who don’t eat breakfast that is a win. The ice cream is amazing but the basic sodas are a little weird tasting, try anything flavored like cherry coke, limeades, etc.
This Sonic always has top notch fast and friendly service... always.This time I had the bacon cheeseburger with Hickory sauce and onions only. Fries and a lemonade. Everything was fresh and hot. The hickory burger isn't on the menu anymore but theu still have it. Soon good with the bacon. I highly recommend it.This Sonic has the best car hops. Although I was on the drive thru this time, I have seen them actually running to bring food out. And always so friendly.Great job!
Nice and friendly, I had a grilled chicken sandwich and a pretzel, both tasted good. But my favorite is the ocean water. I just love it so much.
It's the Sonic. Same quality fast food it's been for years and if you order on the app it's ready when you get there
This is the GROSSEST sonic in Joplin!!!!!! EVERY TIME I come here the food is gross, literally EVERY TIME! I started going to a different sonic that is further away and THEIR staff can seem to always get it right!!.... However THIS ONE CAN'T..... I decided to give this sonic a try ONE MORE TIME today after almost a year of not coming here and of course they still messed it up!!! I attached pictures of my burrito and let me tell you, even though the food already looks unappetizing in the pic, it tastes waaaaaay more disgusting than it looks... Even my fiancé and step daughter couldn't eat it!!!! I tried to eat as much as I could since I was so hungry ,and I didn't want to have to go back up there!
