It was great. Just getting a couple cherry limeade ordered on the app.
Went May 21 around 11 pm and ordered a large strawberry limeade with extra lime. I went up to the window where she had said “a strawberry limeade with extra strawberry?” I said it was extra lime , she said “oh yeah extra lime” , I over heard that they put extra strawberry not lime and I got my drink and parked in a spot. Tasted like the sprite was low on syrup and just strawberries. I had things to do and I hate going back and saying the order was wrong. I didn’t taste any if any lime. And when I got home I checked and there’s no lime at all. :( very sad
It's sonic, and as everyone knows it's good fast food place, carhop was friendly and nice, I know it's irrelevant, but she was nice to look at as well, imo. So if ya like Sonic, Sonic just might be the place for you, to get some Sonic lolWent there for lunch again today, Jackie was our carhop again, she's awesome and always so friendly and does a great job, thanks Jackie!
Picked up dinner for my wife and I. They were SUPER packed. It was around 6pm. It took them about 5 minutes to answer the buzzer, but after that it was fast and friendly service. Beware of the dinner rush, though.
Sonic in Webb City/ Carthage/ Joplin / an Mt. Vernon Missouri. When you pull in a stall only to Realize it's not lit up or working
Absolutely the worst service. How does one completely mess up a whole order? Don’t bother calling because they don’t know how to answer a phone either. Extremely disappointed in this location. Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star because to top it off they were sooo slow to make the wrong order? need to hire people that can follow simple tasks
They get order wrong! They don't answer phone, Corporate is answered in the Philippines, NO HELP! NEVER EVER NEVER GOING this location again!
Used the on line App to order and checked in with stall number waited 30 min then pushed red button to talk to a car hop said they couldn't find my order manager came to car looked st my banking app to see if I actually paid for my order then reordered manager attempted to fix problem and brought food out herself upgraded drinks but it took forever. Manager admitted app doesn't work well.
So I've worked here for almost 2 months now.Worst managing ever!Serverly under staff for a reason.They don't know how to treat there employees.I was in a accident a few years back and fracture my ankles and it never healed properly.I had my Sister apply to the same place and she had her interview a couple days ago.One of the managers made the remark of "can you stand longer then two hours?" Pointed at the fact I can't stand very long with your shooting pain in my ankle.I understand "Time Is Money".But some people need a little time to help with the rest of the day.For the past 2 weeks I have 0breaks to help with that.
This location always gives me the wrong order in drive through and half of the time the food is cold. Avoiding this location now.
