How can a smokehouse restaurant be out of TWO meats at 6:15 pm on a Saturday? I understand the turkey has been ordered and just not delivered which is more of a corporate issue and not local, but dinner rush is just starting and your ribs are in the smoker ?? Also out of baked potatoes and corn on the cob. We almost left considering my first two choices were not even available. I settled and ordered a basic pulled pork sandwich, but this was a sad trip.
Well.. it used to be really good. Not so much now. The potato salad was nasty, the meats were barely warm. The pulled pork was cold. The beans were hot but only half full. The service was very good.Was excited to be back.. very disappointed.
Food was good, but Rib Crib ran my card 17x so last nights dinner has taken almost $1,100 out of my account. I am not happy.4/26/22 I have replied at the e-mail you provided and there was no response. I have visited the restaurant and they refuse to assist, stating there was no bill that matches my card that night. There is something very shady happening at this location and the support provided by the staff and also internet help have been awful. You have lost a customer of 20+ years in one visit. Congratulations.
Our first time going and we can not complain. The BBQ was amazing, the beans very good. The Cole slaw could be sweeter but other than that it was great. Mason was out server.
First time here for wife and I. We ordered take out..the gentleman who helped us was super polite and our order was ready in less then ten minutes..got home and we was not disappointed at all..we will be back to sit down and eat in to enjoy the experience of dining in. This is our go to barbecue place in Joplin with all the side fixins hands down. If highly recommend this place
I felt that I was ordering bbq from McDonald's or Burger King. I am not sure why this place has 4 stars. I gave it 1 star because the corn was moist and good. Everything else was below average. The brisket was okay. The ribs didn't taste good at all. The sausage were even worse. The dessert was awful. I could have done a better job. However, the beer was good. The waitress was good but disoriented somehow. I don't recommend this place at all.
We was a party of 3 and all of us became sick after eating dinner here. Husband had a hamburger, daughter had ribs, and I had brisket and we all was sick within an hour or eating. There was several other issues like the roof was leaking as we was sitting there eating. There was several employees horsing around as our food took forever to get to us. My husband said his hamburger taste like dish soap, my brisket was so tough I only got a couple pieces down and left the rest and the Mac n cheese tasted like it had been sitting there for awhile. So for numerous reasons we will not be back to this establishment.
Service was decent as they looked to be short staffed. But the food was complete trash! I always set myself up thinking something will change there but nope! Someone needs to go in there and get the train back on the track. Cold food and not very good quality is not a good look.
Probably the best rib place in town. ITS SO GOOD. And the prices are awesome. Our servers name was Mason and he was very nice and attentive. Wasn't that busy either and was super chill. Their spicy BBQ sauce is awesome. 10/10
The food was amazing ? ?. The taste even without BBQ sauce was superb. Then you add the BBQ sauce and you just can't eat it fast enough but at the same time you don't want to because the flavors are so rich your tastes buds want to melt in jubilation. I will admit I was not expecting that quality of taste due to the look of the restaurant itself. You drive up and it's a copy of most roadhouse restaurants and you walk in then you really feel like you've seen this place many many many many times before. All that was missing were the giant fluffy dinner rolls. To then be seated by a person that you are not sure is your host or an employee that just happened to be in the area on their day off. ? The portions are above asking price too so you should definitely not leave this place hungry or without a take home box. ? Setting aside the cosmetics the star of this show is exactly spot on and I will absolutely come back for seconds and thirds.
