This is one of the best Qdobas I've been to. Always friendly, quick and the food is not allowed to sit and dry out. Consistently good quality
While the Qdoba in Northwest Arkansas is temporarily closed, I decided to go to the Qdoba in Joplin while I was visiting my family. And I noticed that all locations have the same great quality! And during all the moments when I go to Qdoba, I’ll have a chicken quesadilla and then a brownie for dessert. And I also like the Qdoba rewards program.
Oh I love the food it was really good I think there could have been a little more putting each bowl but other than that I mean it was a good restaurant to eat at good service employees were respectful but the portions in each bowl or burrito could have been more
Food is great. Some of the staff needs a little more training when questions are asked about ingredients for allergies.
I used to love going to this Qdoba. Food was always great, staff was always friendly, and it was always very clean. Over the last few months, every time I go in it seems to get worse. The staff is always in a bad mood, arguing with each other or complaining about other customers. There are a couple exceptions, but the majority of the employees just seem very unhappy to be there. They are always closing everything up over an hour before the store closes and then act put out if you ask for something that they have already put away. It is not a welcoming environment and it seems to just be getting worse.
2/19/22 16:20This Qdoba is filthy. No steak ready. The serving station is dirty food all over. The kitchen has food all on the floor. The dining area has food and trash all on the floor. The men's bathroom is overflowing with trash. I have eaten Qdoba all over the country and this is tied for the dirtiest qdoba I've ever been to. I drove 20min to get here and didn't get any food.
One of the best places I have eaten. Their burritos are huge and so stuffed full that you can only finsh half and eat the other half for later. They are a little expensive but sooo worth it.
I typically really enjoy the Joplin Qdoba but this time it was the worst worst experience.. The people working were rude, my food was cold And sloppy when I got it. I called to make a compliment a girl name hannah answered all she said okay, I'm sorry. Didn't even asked if I should come into the store to have them remake it.
Always clean and delicious. I wish I could eat at this place everyday
The service was awful!! One of the employees was in a downright ignorant mood. She snapped at my husband when he ordered.
