I just ordered on Suburban terrace. I had cash for a tip instead of putting it on my credit card. The old man who dropped my pizza off made a comment about me not tippng him. So the 10$ I had for his tip stayed in my pocket. It's rude to me to speak of a tip. Bad customer service on his part the pizza wasn't even in my hands yet. His loss.
Ordered on the app and chose contactless, waited till it was ready, then waited 10 more minutes after trying to call the store multiple times getting a robot that sent me through the call center, finally managed to get ahold of the store, was told itd be out in a minute, waited 3 more minutes before someone came out and gave an order to someone else! Then went back inside and brought mine out, I've never felt so low regarded as a customer before...
Got my order totally wrong! I wanted the ultimate with no cheese on half of it. I got only cheese on half of it nothing else, and the other side was Ultimate but it had cheese so pretty inedible
I tried the Edge Supreme with added pineapple. Couldn't hardly find any pineapple. Pizza was chopped up in tiny pieces.I hate that. Order said 12 slices so I expected pie sliced. Whole pizza was covered in what I am guessing was Italian herbs . Who does that?!! Was almost $17.00!! I remember why I quit them years ago. Won't go back...ever!
Pizza was good, just not use to a pick up from Pizza Hut; I'm old school and like to dine in; especially on 100 degree days. Priced right as a special I was more than satisfied with my food. Plenty of parking, food was hot and ready when I arrived and the salesperson friendly. Just would have liked a place to sit and enjoy instead of waiting to eat it.
Ordered my food, med thin crust Supreme with wings. When the driver brought it to my house an entire piece was hone of the pizza. The driver was shaking the box when we opened the door and we didn't think nothing of it until we opened the box. I immediately took the pizza back to pizza hut and showed them as well as told them how I felt about that. Also requested that driver never come to my house again. The person working did remake our food but still gross.
Great pizza & amount of toppings! The delivery person was friendly and polite and we got our order promptly.

I order Pizza Hut at work a lot!! And I love it it’s always fresh I’ve never had any issues and the older gentleman who delivers for them always brings me my food and has a smile and just a wonderful experience over all!!
