This McDonald's is super v clean and very well managed! I suggest a caramel sundae with an apple pie mixed in?mmmmmmm! Try it h today
No more healthy options- grilled chicken, salad, and yogurt are apparently off the menu. The fried chicken was not fresh and was tough. Bathrooms were a problem. No hand towels in the restroom is a significant health and utility concern.
This particular McDonald's stands out among others for their excellence in customer service (you can tell they have good supervisors) because they are super friendly, they work efficiently and effectively together, very clean establishment, food is always done the right way, and have only forgotten 1 thing on my order after going there at least 15 times. Would have given all 5 stars but they don't do Veteran Discounts (might not afford to because this area is full of Veterans) great area to live in. Either way, I love them. ?
For the most part McDonald's is awesome, love the fries! but lately they've been having trouble keeping up on orders , in the last month, had trouble with my order it was wrong three out of five times I visited! Needs Improvement.
Went thru the drive thru , ordered 2 quarter pounder meals . Got pulled foward had to wait . when they brought the food out , The burgers were Raw and fries were disgusting . they tasted a week old. Terrible service and food will not be back.
There was a long dark brown or black hair in the bottom of my large fries ? i called them nd the lady i spoke with Said she dsnt kno how that clda happend bc noone on the clock has that hair type. I find that hard to believe but if it is true then that means they dnt clean very well!! Also was told i cldnt get a replacement or refund bc it was a mobile order. Smh
It's McDonalds. Inexpensive & quick. The employees here are friendly & courteous.But, no strawberry cream pie!
I pulled up before work at 4:30 am to get a burrito as they’ve always been 24 hours and it says they are on the app and in google. I waited at the window forever then finally decided to call because there’s cars there only to be told they arnt open til 5 and don’t do overnights anymore ??? They’re right off the highway and not doing overnights ? I made an in app order and everything. Just waisted my time.
Ordered a large fry, coffee, and coke. Took 20 minutes, and that's only because I finally asked what was going on and the cashier who had just been standing there went and prepared it. I get that there are staffing issues and am pretty patient, but this is unacceptable. It was supposed to be a quick snack stop on our road trip and I highly regret it. Fries weren't even fresh despite us asking for fresh fries, too.
Decent and convenient location. I don't think I've ever had an order messed up here, and the food is usually still warm and made well. It generally does take a while to get your food, even when there are little to no other cars, so keep that in mind.
