Exceedingly horrid experience! In my half-century on this earth I have NEVER seen a McDonald's charge for water, even if that was the only item. But we were two, both eating, and one of us ordered coffee the other wanted water. This place, and any others who do not offer free water for eating customers are not good people. Water should be required and therefore free with any food order due to increased choking risk due to eating. I don't know what religion the owners of this McDonald's follows but this risky greed proves it isn't Christian. Just came in to get an iced mocha for a friend. Price is reasonable and the friend liked her mocha. I must say that even though I haven't been a huge fan of McDonald's in the last few decades except for a few items, they have made a pretty good transformation adding some of the healthy things to their menu and the coffee drinks as well! I will say this too. If you get bad service or trouble with your food at one location, try another. Don't write all McDonald's off because of one location. There ARE franchisees who actually do care about your experience!
Breakfast sandwich was half the size of picture and completely cold in the middle, coffe was bitter, never going back.
Big breakfast with Pancakes is good once in awhile. Was disappointed McDonald's on 32nd and McKellen no longer serves Biscuits&Gravy. Service was good though. ?
Speed of service was okay, but customer service was poor. When I got to the drive-thru window to get my food the employee simply handed my food to me never said a word. I was putting my drinks in the cup holder and when I turned around the employee had the bag completely out the window almost in the window of my car and was rolling her eyes at me.
I was trying to order with the mobile app. The app was telling me this location does not have happy meals available and that my cart total was not enough to receive the free large fries when it was. The store would not honor coupon nor would they help me with the broken app.
The staff at this McDonald's location is the BEST. I originally went to the McDonald's on Main Street Joplin.... My app was not working, and the staff would not help or make it right in any way.... I walked out and went to 32nd and McClelland.... The manager there was very understanding and made it right. She could see that my app was not working and I also restarted my phone. Thanks 32nd Street --- I will NEVER go to the Main Street location again. ... Very rude.
I ordered 2 sausage burritos and an LARGE iced coffee. They tried to give me a medium half full coffee and then yelled at me because I question my drink and I know what I ordered. And then I found a freaking bone in my sausage burrito!!! This is disgusting!
The manager on duty at 4:30 pm at this store could use a brush up on her people skills. I am a business owner and do not appreciate being accused of trying to pass a counterfit bill simply because I did not see a barely visible sign in a window! My money will be spent elsewhere.
For the most part is ok but wats frustrating is when I eat 2 out of my 3 meal diet there and they want to Hassel me about upgrading my medium drink to the large when get my deal off the app very disappointed in that off the 7th and maiden ln in Joplin and the one on South Main in Joplin the tea is like water ...very disappointing
