The inside of this place is dirtier than the outside. You have to stand at the counter for several minutes before anyone even acknowledges you. They might as well just make it a drive thru only. Staff a to like it's an inconvenience to wait on customers inside.

This is a clean McDonald's restaurant with a friendly staff. The ice cream machine usually works and this location provides an overall nice visit.
Was at the outer drive through lane. Was asked to wait to have my order taken. Sure, not a problem. 2 customers pulled up in the inside drive through lane and were both assisted and pulled up to pay and pickup windows. I said “hello” and was not responded to. I just left McDonald’s at this location! I didn’t ask for the receipt because I enjoy their service! However not this afternoon. My significant other and I ordered a 10 pc meal with a Carmel Macchiato, and Lg Carmel Frappe. Now I do not like to complain because I know how stressful it is to work at a fast food business. This is my Issue! Can someone please explain to me what was inside my Frappe? This is very disgusting ? I could have been very sick from this.

Don't even bother with this location. Drive thru employee #1 couldn't be bothered to look up the term "customer service" to be able to offer customer service. From the Eeyore-esque "Order when you're ready" to the yelling "ORDER WHEN YOU'RE READY" ... left us a bit annoyed. Second employee at the window didn't have the time of day for customers. Barely got two words out of him when asking a question. Final employee when told about the lack of good service couldn't even muster up an apology, just a "Well, we all have a lot on our minds right now." Then go home. Go home. This is your job. If you cannot perform your job to the best of your abilities, go home.
