Would give this store 0 stars. But not possible. They completely butchered my order the other night, gave me the wrong food cold food and an attitude along the way. But I work food service so I understand how it can be so when I got paid I went back and was gonna make sure I had the right food before leaving and I was greeted with a worse time. Double charged my card after not listening to me saying that we paid with the app. Then told me that we have to COME BACK in the morning to get a refund because there’s nothing they can do? Then I ask when the gm is available I get “in the morning.” I call this morning and I ask for the general manager and instead of having any customer service it’s “she’s not.” And I have to pry what time she’s even gonna be there. This stores ridiculous. On top of being charged $30 for my simple order the food I received was almost inedible. Chicken dry and shriveled, cheeseburgers ice cold, And HOT iced tea.

I’m not one to complain and I know this location is pretty busy, but my kids haven’t gotten a toy in there happy meals now 3 straight visits. Normally I wouldn’t say or do anything but my kids are now crying and upset, so I felt the need to say something. If something I ordered for myself was missing I wouldn’t say anything, but my son loves sonic and his unhappiness brings out the Karen in me. I worked fast food in college, it’s not hard to double check the order, but the toy? It should be the first thing put in the box. Before any food or anything, the toy!!

Attempted going through the drive thru this evening and the girl working had no clue what each meal I tried ordering was. I spent at least 10 minutes just attempting to get her to input my order correctly. She proceeded to say "sorry I need a manager help" and when she finally got back to me she still incorrectly placed my order and after I tried correcting her again she with an attitude asked "can I get u anything else". Due to my cranky infant son being in the vehicle starting to get fussy I told her no and exited the line. This was the WORST customer service experience and they need to retrain the girl working drive thru as she had no knowledge of product or their system. Wont be back to this location.

I was actually at the wrong location. I used the app for the first time to make an order and pick it up. the employees at this particular restaurant we're so incredibly helpful, when they didn't have to be. they were busy, but they still gave me a min just to help me to try to give me an order, which I didn't need. I went ahead and and found the right location. but I just want to give them a big thumbs-up for trying because nowadays anytime I see that happen anytime anyone will look at you in the eye and say "hey what can I do" it means a lot and we've lost sight of people. so AWESOME job McDonald's employees thank you guys for making me feel like a person and not a number in a line.

So I just ordered a filet o fish, it was cold, and the piece of cheese on there was just sad. I recommend not eating here. They take forever and there customer service is bad.

Well, McDonald's, is what it is. Hadn't become a fast food empire, if it wasn't at least, to a majority of patrons, a good place to go for fast comfort food. I don't frequent the place often, but on occasion, like to treat myself to a sausage egg and cheese mc griddle! The place here, on rangeline rd, is always clean and welcoming.

Only reason I gave it a 2 was because the food was fresh. If the guy hadn't of brought out the food when he did I was going to have my family get a refund and leave. The lobby was disgusting. The only table we could sit at that there was no trash on you could tell someone spilt there soda and no one had cleaned it up. The high chairs where so sticky I couldn't sit my child in it. Not to mention the guy that took are order stood there with his hands in his pockets like he could care less we where there. The coke tasted like cleaner and the dr pepper was nothing but carbonated water. What where the employees doing when we got there? Standing around chit chatting. What was the manager doing when we left? Standing there chit chatting

These employees are completely rude. I came through the drive through & ordered. I ordered my sides of ranch with the rest of my order. I came through & the lady at the window didn’t say a word to me, she just gave me my food & immediately closed the window. I looked in my bag, & sure enough, no ranch. I pulled back through the line to get some, & the woman at the window rolled her eyes at me & tossed the ranch into my car. One of them even landed in my back seat. I called & complained about this, & was basically told that they are short staffed & can’t do anything about it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Check your food before you leave. This is supposed to be a 6 piece nugget meal with a toddler toy. Notice what's Missing? Oh yes the chicken nuggets. And that's not a toddler toy but it covered up the fact they didn't place the nuggets in there nicely. Glad you remembered the BBQ sauce!
