Good steakhouse with great service. It's relatively quiet, too, compared to some other places where the workers come out to dance and sing for you when you're trying to talk to your family and friends. The music isn't loud either.
We celebrated our 44th Wedding Anniversary by eating LongHorn Steakhouse in Joplin. Everything was perfect!! Including our waitress Sam.
The food was amazing! Salad was made just the I wanted it, and French Fries were seasoned deliciously. All waiters/waitresses were very attentive. The restaurant was also busy, but it did not take long to get our food/drinks. 5/5 stars!
Seriously the best restaurant steak I've ever had. Their seasoning is bold but delicious. Great service, great atmosphere. I gave 4 stars not 5 because of the price. My wife and I spent over $60 on date night but at the end of the day for what we got, well worth it.
We went to longhorn yesterday on a Saturday. They were extremely busy and I’m sure short staffed which I try and be understanding of. When we first set down their was a hair in the roll up on my dads napkin. We decided mistakes happen and sat down. Should have just left then. We got two starters the onion and the stuffed mushrooms. The starters took about 20 minutes which isn’t terrible I guess. The onion was actually slightly cold and not fresh at all. The stuffed mushroom was very hot and tasted great initially, but my dad found yet another hair in his mushroom. Not a tiny hair either. We had had enough. My stomach was already turning from the old grease. I have a weak stomach and that showed in their Parking lot a couple minutes after leaving. The prices are pretty up there too you can’t get a plate for under 12 or 13 bucks. honestly Texas Roadhouse is just a better experience.
Went for mother's day and service was okay. Started off well, but my mom's steak was over cooked. Waitress delivered food to a table after we told her (understandably), but then took another table's order before addressing the steak issue. By the time the new steak arrived (properly cooked) we were basically done and ready to go. Food itself was good and very heavily seasoned.
Great food. Great environment. Wait til is always exaggerated, so don't be discouraged to wait

What a wonderful example of customer service! For the first time ever, our large order wasn’t completely as requested and we were missing some items in our carry out order. Although they were absolutely full of customers at the time, management went above and beyond taking the time to listen, offer sincere responses, and immediate resolutions. A lot of companies these days no longer value sincerity and quality in service…but I assure you this Longhorn location does. Thank you all again for truly putting your customers and your quality of service first.
This was a first for me. I just happened to have a gift card (not so sure where I got it) so we stopped to have a late lunch, we truly weren't disappointed!Amazing chicken strips! Great service and the price was right!Definitely will be returning!
