Italian sub was delicious, the Cubano was lack luster, good quality.
Not seeing the freaky fast at all. Slower than ordering a made to order steak. All sandwiches are cold so I’m not sure why it would take 20 min to get your order. Joplin JJ is the slowest of all fast foods I’ve been to. This is based on the the last visits. Still good sandwiches but lose the freaky fast slogan. More like crazy freaking slow!!!
Waited 25 mins for my sandwich, also watched several others wait a very long time, while they are sending 6-7 drive thru orders through!! Not cool.
Wasn't as good as in.tje past. Too light on condiments.

I ordered off their app right around time they would have opened. After 2 hours of waiting no food and no apology. Said they had a catering order...ok so no one is making regular customers food? Asked to speak with someone other than the guy on the phone who couldn't care less and he didn't know his information. So I sent e-mail where they told me they forwarded on to owner. This was March 7th. Still no contact...

I've always liked Jimmy John's from the first time I ate there. Always good food always fresh always fast. I just found out the other day that I could have a sandwich that was gutted, which means they remove some of the bread from The Middle. Made all the difference in the world that sandwich was off the hook!
