I've always enjoyed Ihop. I was a little disappointed that the bill had suggestions for gratuity. I am a good tipper when it's earned so pretty much always but I don't like this on the ticket. The ladies were very very sweet and got a nice tip regardless of how u feel about this being on the ticket.
The service is always terrible at this location no matter what time of day you attend. Plan to spend almost three hours to eat if you go here and be prepared for your food to be someone else's which happens quite often. The price on some items can be ridiculous. Either of the Dennys in town will serve your needs much better.
It took a long time to receive service and it's overly priced food. $65.00 for 2 adults and 2 kids kinda crazy for what food and service we received. Never did get refills on our drinks cause our waitress didn't come back until it was check time.
The waitress took over 20 minutes to come take our order and then was rude when she took it. Horrible customer service! The place is filthy! Their booth walls are covered in hair, dust, food and handprints. The food was mediocre. Not much of an appetite after looking around at all the filth on the walls, floors and booth seats. Hopefully they can improve because IHOP is a hard one to pass up for breakfast before an outing.
The server was very polite and friendly as she brought out our cold and crispy pancakes, old and rubbery eggs, nearly frigid browns, and semi cooked meat. Not to mention my side order of toast which was 3/4 of a slice of bread definitely a must eat for any 2:00 a.m. half drunk person leaving the nightclubs
Nice food reasonably priced
This IHOP is sad. While almost always understaffed, the staff they do have will absolutely go out of their way to ignore you completely upon entrance to the restaurant. I'm talking IGNORE, like look-you-directly-in-your-eyes-and-intentionally-walk-the-other-way kind of ignore. Usually understaffed in the kitchen too, so meals come out of the kitchen and to your table very slowly... A snail in a chef's hat might have your pancakes ready faster than this IHOP. Given the nobody-wants-to-be-here attitude of the staff, the lack of urgency presented by staff to ensure patrons are properly serviced, along with the super slow pace of just GETTING the food.... I have to give this place a low rating. 2 stars for the food, and the food alone. It's delicious, once it finally gets to your table.
Our glasses were dirty, eggs weren't done, hashbrowns were cold and hard, bacon was paper thin and like rubber! My husband's burger edges were burnt! They took my favorite items off the menu! I was so disappointed! Used to be my favorite place! I'll never go back! Only good thing was our waitress!
Hadn't been to IHOP in a long time. Very pleasantly surprised. Service was great, even though they were very busy. Breakfast was fresh, hot and perfectly cooked. All in all, a great breakfast experience. Will certainly be back soon.
Worst experience at an ihop ever! The restaurant was really dirty. Food and silverware on the floor everywhere. We didn't even get the correct food that we ordered. And it was so bland and not very good. Will definitely not be going back there and to pay almost 100$ for 5 people to eat I was very disappointed. We all also had the bubble guts within 30 min of eating. If I could of gotten my money back I would of in a heartbeat
