We were traveling from KC area to south of Joplin and Chinese food sounded good, and this place was just fine for the price. Good food and good service !
Small and quiet place selection was small only 1 spring roll in pan and it was a little old but waitress had them fix some more and brought them right out egg drop soup was yummy with the criapies in it my daughter liked the fried rice and son in law ate everything pretty good place

We ate at The Golden Dragon while in Joplin today and loved it. Nice quiet atmosphere, our waitress was very kind, and the food was great. Lots to choose from and the vegetables were steamed and not oily like most Chinese buffets. We will go here again when we’re in town.
Nasty and gross most of the food looked and tatsed like it was at least 4 hours old no selection of food the waitress / waiter I couldn't tell it it was a he or a she was very unprofessional with it's green hair and bullring in it's nose. I won't be dinning here again
DO NOT GO HERE. As a college student it doesn't take much to impress me and takes a lot to not impress. The chicken was inedible, the buffet was 10 dollars, and the parking is so bad I might be late to class or damage my car. Went here because I thought the buffet was 5-6 dollars, but I could get a much better meal for 7 dollars from lotus Xpress. Don't go here, go to McDonald's or Chick-fil-A or anywhere else.
Best Chinese food in Joplin! Absolutely love this place. We have been eating here for more than 20 years!
Delicious food & nice variety. Our waitress was especially personable. Chose to celebrate New Year's Eve here with friends & enjoyed it very much.

Worst Chinese food I've ever had. Tastes as though the pots have never been cleaned. Best thing was ice cream from the machine.
